When we arrived the attendant chesa skipped us and took care of the two people that had arrived after us. Then told us to meet her so she could unhook the trailer and got in another customers truck behind us ad disappeared leaving us to unhook and drop the trailer alone. We we were there the week before and received excellent service. This employee needs retrained!

ensure requested equipment is in the truck.
improve equipment return. I waited outside by the truck I was returning and was told someone with be right will me. during that time I watched multiple people enter the store and I did not receive any assistance until I went in myself.

Have rented u-hauls many times and this is the first location that has explained to me that we were entitled to a free month of storage. Since my son just graduated from law school that option was tremendously valuable as we were able to utilize it at a u-haul located just one block from where he will be living and working. Thank you so much to the staff at this location.

On initial rental, took extremely long for clerk to do paperwork. Spent at least 30 minutes or longer just to fill out paperwork. Overall though good experience. Return of trailer was extremely fast, courteous and smooth.

1.) Put your licensees through customer service training. If they're flying the UHaul banner, they're represening you. Because of this one experience I will not use UHaul again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. Ever.
2.) Do NOT have licensees refer customers to your website. It's not good. Period.

The truck was clean however the gas needle stuck. When dropping it off I explained that I had put $25 dollars into it and the needle didn't move but they made me put more into it. After putting another $15 in it the needle jumped 3/8ths of a tank. Unfortunately I only needed 1/8th which the first $25 would have covered easily. No reimbursement of help offered :-(

I was very unhappy with this whole rental experience. I reserved the truck at a different location then where I was emailed to pick the truck up from. Then when I reserved the truck I told them that I wanted to rent from 1pm Saturday the 4th and would return by evening of the 5th. When I went to rent at 1pm the women stated I could only keep the truck till 8 am on the 5th. I talked to a person earlier that morning on the 4th and went over my same plans of not picking the truck up until 1 pm and returning the next day the 5th before close/evening and things where totally not like that when I got there to get truck. Very very unhappy! :(

In and out very quick but the staff was not that friendly the manager or supervisor gets aggravated if you ask too many questions it seems to feel llike you are being rushed to make a decision no one even offered to take you around to see the different size trailers

Staff was VERY nice! Van was clean (almost new) and the whole process was quick and easy. Loved the early check-in and emailed receipt.
Would definitely recommend this location.

The manager Heather was AMAZING. She really went above and beyond helping me. I had a reservation at another UHaul facility that was lost and she pulled everything together for me last minute.
The other staff there was equally as helpful. There is a young lady was so professional and even came outside to put on a new lock latch on the Ubox.
I would highly recommend them

Make the vehicles non-smoking. The van I rented REAKED of smoke. I felt as though I got lung cancer just from sitting in it. Otherwise everything was perfect and everyone was very friendly.

Nothing everything was great. Tyler and staff very professional and polite. I was late for my reservation but they still manged to be paitent and get me moving along. Customers were undecided and giving the staff a hard time and they managed to remain professional and courteous. Thanks a lot.
