When I got the truck the AC was not working. I mentioned it to two employees... and both was like... well ok. Not even a...sorry about that, we will get that fixed.

Transmission did not readily shift into a higher gear. e.g. the engine would labor around 3000rpm before shifting into a higher gear even though the vehicle was going about 30mph.
I think I drove about 16miles and put $12.00 worth of gas in the tank. Though the contract said there was a qtr of a tank worth of gas the gauge was reading below this. Dont know how this matter can be remedied. Bye the way, in order to conserve fuel I did not operate the air conditioning system. With the amount of gas put in the tank and what you charge per mile I would have to be desperate to repeat what I did today.

Heather (manager) & staff have been a PLEASURE to work with - professional, prompt, easy, nice. Everything went smoothly, very helpful team. Had belongings in storage from 02/12-06/13 without any incidents. HIGHLY recommend this storage facility, plus, you can rent a truck and drive off the lot once you close your unit, just like I did! They almost made me want to stay in Baltimore and not relocate out of state!!!
Please give Heather a raise - she alwasy delivers above and beyond the call of duty, and her team is great too. They have raised the bar for Uhaul storage and rental.

Customer Service was excellent. Very informative and easy to pick up and drop off with no problem. Best U-Haul place I have dealt with. I have two girls that are now out of college an live in Baltimore. Im sure there will be more moves to come, will definitley use this U-Haul location again. Thanks for great service.
