Baton Rouge, I left a IPad and the employee brought it to me, as I was pulling off. I never remembered placing it their. At closing time I called , the answering service guy..checked to see if anyone was still there..to retrieve a gate remote I left in the truck, thank you, for the service. you give. Again, you handle you customers like family. .

You are too regimented. I asked to rent the uhaul for 24 hours and was told I cold not because tha vehicle was scheduled to be rented to someone else. There was no flexibility even after I said I would pay what the next guy was going to pay

My name did not appear on my receipt but another person's name did. All the other information on me were correct. Unfortunately I couldn't get the name corrected according to U-haul. I do want that correction of name to take place.

I was disappointed because my rate did not correspond with the services i ask for and was told i would be getting. I requested a trailer to pull my car and it was not available and neither was it included in the price i was given. It took quite a while to correct this error, and i had to go to another location to pick up the trailer; i was then informed i had to go back to the original location and have my contract revised. I inquired about a flat rate and was told i could not get one. After coming back to this location, it took some time for them to figure out how to revise my contract. I was not told that i would be charged a flat rate of $258.00 with 478 allocated to me for my trip. I thought that i was being charged .40 a mile and would recieve a portion of my fee back because my trip was a 396 mile trip from Dothan, Al to B.R., La. plus whatever extra miles i travelled. Needless to say i was very disappointed when i only received my $100.00 deposit back. I had budgeted myself because of a limited amount of funds, so this experience definitely set me back. I am upset because i was not fully informed.

The CSR, Belinda I believe was her name was rude. I had a reservation for 10. I was running late because I wasn't sure where the location was. She calls me at 10:45 to inform me that my reservation would be cancelled at 11 if I didn't show up at this time. When I arrived to pickup the truck, she seemed annoyed and was very short and curt with me. When I finished my transaction, I said have a nice day and I was given a "mmhuh" response. It felt like I was personally asking to borrow one her trucks and she was doing me a huge favor by even dealing with me. This is a service that I paid for and I don't think anyone should be treated that way. What's worst is that her general manager was right next to her and didn't say a thing. That's ok, there's always Penske and Hertz.

The employees are ALWAYS rude when I come. They never speak or even look at you when they are talking to you. I will never come back to this location again because this is the second bad experience. What makes it worse, I told the lady I didnt want the insurance but of course it was billed on my card. Sorry but I just cant recommend this place. You need some new employees at that location that care about the customers and help us. I'm very upset!

The rates are too high. The gas is too high for them to put back in the truck and why is there a high deposit. Y'all are actually getting over on people.

Got sent here from a location about 5 miles away because that location did not have the reserved equipment. At the front desk there was way too much inconsequential chit-chat going on rather than taking care of business, while there was a line of people waiting there was only one counter clerk who twice took very obviously personal calls. The truck was reasonably clean inside but the windshield was a mess and the windshield washer reservior was completely empty. The gear shifter was hard and the steering had enough play to require more than average frequent correction, at least in rutted and grooved roads.Mechanincal maintenance seems to be of the "good enough" variety. Location apart, U-Haul should seriously consider double or at least extended cab trucks, I could have rented an auto transporter instead of having to travel with two vehicles. This 26' Ft truck (don't know if it true of all trucks) had a switch on the center panel that disengages the overdrive to go up and down mountains, the problem is that the switch requires slightly leaning over and taking the eyes off the road. The radio is if the most basic kind, no CD, no mp3 player plug, so long trips are going to be VERY boring. Despite "gentle ride van" being painted on the side, it bounces and rattles all over the place and has considerable sway. On the pro side the seats are comfortable even if the cabin is small.

I returned the vehicle with more than the amount of gas that was required. I dropped the van off at the correct time which was 11:00pm on 10/18/14. When the van was checked in the person who checked it in recorded the gas for a significant amount less than what was in the tank and charged me a fuel charged!!!!!! When I called the store to report this error the representative was rude and told me I have to speak with the manager on tomorrow!!!! I am very upset and disappointed with this situation. I will NEVER EVER use the Uhaul Facility on 7650 Airline Hwy Baton Rouge, La 70815. And I will pass the word on to others NOT to use this store because they are rude, unprofessional liars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

check vehicles before they are rented the truck that I rented was very very bad running it kept killing the air was warm it was not a very good vehicle to drive and I felt that I should have been discounted for the vehicle! I have rented from you all a few times and to be a repeated coustmer I did not like the way it was handled at all it should be customer satisfaction!!!

When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, the clerk was on her cell phone and continued to stay on her cell phone during the transaction. As a customer I find this to be rude and very unprofessional.

The employees were friendly, but they were also very unprofessional considering that they're working at a well know, big business. The employee wasn't in uniform from the neck up, and was eating Cheetos as if she had been starving for fifteen days.
