The UHaul building was damaged due to fire and they are operating out of the warehouse in the back of the building. Service was slow and the truck I rented was very worn and the tire were bad.

Recent fire has this location barely operational... but that is OK - they are doing what they can. My aggravation is that I was charged for a 2nd Day when I returned the equipment. There is a 9 minutes difference on the receipt, which I received after the fact by email. If you are getting a receipt by email be sure to confirm what you are being charged for before you leave.

The location they are operating out of looks very run down. The only reason I knew it was open is because there were alot of uhuals in the parking lot and a sign saying yes we are open. The parking was very unorganized. There is no specified parking spaces.

The customer service was awful. This was my second time to deal with this location and both were horrible. The trailer the first time was not stable. Loaded or unloaded it would sway all over the road. The second trailer looked like it was from 1950 and had bald tires and doors latches did not work properly. Will never go back to this location again.

Inform the customer that if the vendor leaves the dolly and blankest on the truck they will be charged for the dolly even if it was not requested when you reserved the truck.

It would help if U-Haul would explain charges upfront. This entire experience could have been much better if the U-Haul representatives would have explained the charges and the process before or at the time that I made my reservation.

More than the location, there seemed to be a greater organizationwide challange. - There was a deficit in the employee's knowledge of uhauls product. Questions weren't addresse appropriately and this was consistent throughout my experience. - In particular information such as returning unused Uhaul items was incorrect. I Was overcharged due to this. There was also a lack of accountability. No one in the louisianna took responsibility or solved issues experienced. There was an "I didn't do it" attitude and a lack of taking charge.

This location had burned down the previous day. Literally.. But the continued to keep operations going as usual in the back garage. I was impressed with their hard work and positive attitude despite what they were going thru at the time.

Well I waited at the checkout line for 10-15 minutes while the young lady working the counter made a phone call to what sounded like her bank! Afterwards she did not apologize at all and was a line behind me. However, she was friendly I'll say, but she did not give me a receipt for the tarp I purchased. I ended up, not using the tarp and because of her I can't return it... However, she did give me a copy of my rental agreement. Overall, this was not my best experience with U-Haul. I hope to never use this location again.

The facility itself was clean; however, the truck I rented needed to be washed. The inside was clean. The clerk who assisted me was rude and appeared as if she did not wish to be at work. She should understand that customer service is just as important as the service being provided by the company.
