Put the correct price of the trucks on line. I reserved a truck for 19.95 and it costs me $80. The woman who waited on me was a very rude person. I have been a customer for UHaul for years and I will not be renting from you anymore.

I got the box truck with 30 miles left until empty when I returned the truck it showed 150 miles until empty yet I still got charged over $ 20.00 because I went a little over the miles allowed ..... Just think that maybe there should be some type of allowances for circumstances such as that

Poor customer service. Poor communication to customers about times and what that time is for. I was treated poorly yet the person next to me they were treating very nicely. I was very upset.

I was very impressed with how professional they were. The day I came in to make the reservation phillip was very helpful. When I picked up the vehicle the young man that helped me went above and beyond with helping me hook up and explaining everything.

When I arrived to get the truck, the pick up/return time, mileage price, and size of the truck were all different than I was told at reservation. I was also scheduled for a return time when the store was closed so no one was there to help me as I was told the day before they would be. Overall the workers were rude over the phone and in person and I felt like I was being swindled because nothing they said about the truck or rental process was accurate.

Desiree was the employee I spoke with and manners were not on her agenda. Very rude person with no people skills what so ever. I can't imagine a business that does not recognize what customer care is all about. When asked to speak with the manager she pointed at a stack of business cards and said " his number is on that card get one"

I had requested furniture pads when I reserved my truck and when I arrived the location did not have any. Why was I allowed to reserve them when they didn't have them? I had to buy them and this was an added cost to my move.

Next time have my truck there--I had to settle for a 15 footer and make two trips--from Beaumont to Houston and back to Beaumont--to Houston again--crazy--you guys should have paid for the gas--next time--bad business--on your part--since you didn't have the right truck for me

I reserved the truck for June 30, 2015, to be picked up at 5PM. Upon arrival at location, date and time confirmed, I learned that the truck was not available due to previous renter "Not being throughwith it" I'm certaibn if you check your records and talk to the young man on dutywhen we attempted to pick up the truck, he'll tell you that I was not please whatsoever with the situation; I stated to him, "while I know it was not his fault that we couldn't get the truck even though Uhaul sent a CONFIRMATION of the reservation (which I still have in my messages). the previous renter still needing the truck had nothing to do with my need for it. I asked him (uhaul employee on duty) to check other uhaul locations to see if there was a truck available for pick up June 30, 2015, as I had a driver and helpers standing by to load the truck. I also spoke to a uhaul employee named ReKindle (I'm not certain of how her name is spelled) and although she was very courteous, she was still not ableto get a truck for me. I asked her about being compensated for my inconvenience and also the fact that I was still required to pay my helpers because they re-arranged their schedules to assist me. She went on to say that a manager was the only one authorized to make adjustments and sche would have him call me (if I remember correctly, his name is Chris?). TODAY IS TUESDAY, JULY 8, 2015 AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL FROM CHRIS OR ANY OTHER UHAUL MANAGER. Would I recemmend your company to anyone else? No, but I most certainly intend to share my Uhaul experience with others. I also spoke to uhaul employees Raye, who hung up on me? and I also talked to someone named Phillip. I will be renting another truck by the end of July, will I call Uhaul? I don't think so.

I am being charged extra for a late fee and a dolly that I never received. The truck was about 30 minutes late, but it was because I was not able to see the speedometer, there were no dash lights, no lights inside the truck at all. The headlights were so dim, even on bright, they were very dim and hard to see in front of me on a dark road. SO YES, IT WAS A LITTLE LATE. Under these conditions, I WILL NOT PAY A LATE FEE. Also, I never received a dolly and I am being charged a late fee on that! AGAIN, I WILL NOT PAY FOR A LATE FEE!!!! I feel I should be reimbursed for all of the problems I had with this rental. U-Haul Contract 22916275?
