Just not quite sure who was supposed to help us return the vehicle. Employees were friendly but seemed to not have enough time to focus long enough on each customer. Maybe they needed more employees?

I had never rented a moving truck before and was quoted a price over the phone but upon pick up was told I had to put down a $82 deposit. Why this wasn't disclosed in the first place really upset me especially since I didn't want to place anything on my card. Then I was handed a sheet of paper and told to inspect the truck and the x's showed damage already marked. I wasn't sure what x's they where referring to and I asked for help but no one would take the time to show me. We never received our moving dolly and when I called was disconnected 3 times after reaching customer service. So I talked to them in person only to be told it would be handled at check out. The gas gauge was at half when I got the truck and at half upon return. I think maybe a very tiny smudge under but very close if not over where it was when I got it. Yet I couldn't convince the guy it was the same and how on earth can I possibly get it right if it's in the right spot already. We where charged for the dolly we didn't get in exchange for a $7.50 gas bill that shouldn't have been there. We drove 19 miles and added 3 gallons of gas before drop off. I'm extremely disappointed that this company has no customer service skills just wish we had another option

The first truck was supposed to have 1/4 tank of gas but the needle was on Empty. They swapped out the truck for one that had a 1/4 tank.

To much clutter at each of the customer service rep counters, bump into things on both sides. Store is kinda condensed. To much stock on the floor looks very cluttered

The location was great! The associate that received my truck was Hispanic and there was a language barrier. He was fairly curt and unfriendly. But overall the rest of my experience here was fantastic!

Drop off location in Beaverton was clean and organized. Very busy when I dropped off the trailer , but everyone was very helpful and the drop off process went fast. Can not think of a way to make that any smoother. Thanks again.

Overall efficient and good service. Lightswitch near my storage unit was out, space for parking and maneuvering was limited, and the radio was not working in my rental truck. Orherwise, a pretty good experience.

An accurate fuel gage would be helpful. The truck I rented was clean and was sound, however the truck shifted very ruff unless given allot of fuel. The truck would respond well sometimes and others feel heavy and slow, this was with a load and without. The drivers side door lock is punched in so the only way to unlock the truck is to clime through the passengers side. The staff at this location overall was outstanding in both professionalism and competence. Areas for improvement are in communication when busy and a sudden unexpected event happens and employee has to change tasks quickly. The zealous attitude of person doing check out and the fastpace of this busy day clearly was frustrating to the clerk. He ran out after I signed the contract and after calling for the truck two times in 20 second saying something apologetic for the lot guys not responding and he had to go get the truck. In his rush to get said truck from one side of the parking lot to the other he forgot to show us the truck. The most frustrating thing for me is that I would of waited the five min it would of took to let the lot attendants catch up or in this case unjack knife the trailer and truck that was in the parking lot. This set the pace for the rest of my move.. Frustrating and in a manic state. Overall I would rate the experience ( B++). Given I had 5 interactions with this store in a 4 day period and 4 out of 5 were outstanding the one that failed was the most important for customer service. The customer should never have a question at pickup about the truck just rented.

The only problem I had was starting the truck. Make sure that your trucks start easy, I had to call in after 5 minutes of trying and was basically told to shake the stearing wheel while turning the key. The second time it happened was frustrating because the same strategy didn't work.

Bob Krishner is amazing ! He's calm, service oriented and cares totally that customers are satisfied. As he has said: " Trust is everything, you lose it- you have to work very hard to regain it" I want you to know that Bob has my trust completely. Example: I recently rented a van for only 2 days. Called UHaul and happened to get Bob-- he was able to arrange it that I could have an extra day of use. That meant a lot to me as I couldn't complete all I needed to get done in 2 days-- and will always appreciate the extra effort & care UHaul and especially Bob 's flexability and integrity in dealing with customers . No one could ever find my u-box information, not with my name, phone number, contract number, or u-box numbers. Only walking into the locations and pointing them out helped at all. I would NEVER recommend using u-box, and I think the entire company is inept, untrained, and incompetent. The people on site were nice and did the best they could, but the 1-800 number staff were never helpful. The starting location for my long distance u-box shipping DROPPED ONE OF THE BOXES on its side, damaging many of the items within. Horrible experience every time I had to do anything related to the order, and I will do everything I can to never give U-haul another dollar again.

Make sure gas gauges match the invoice and make sure truck actually runs (had to get a new truck before we even left the lot because it died). Employees shouldn't argue with customers about how long your reservation is, especially when they say it is shorter than what you booked it for. They overbooked the trucks and said we had to bring it back for another customer at 4:30 that day when I had booked it for 7:00 the next day. Unorganized and unprofessional.
