I stopped in twice the day of my truck rental. The first sales rep was very friendly and knowknowledgeable even offering great service on storage if needed. When we stopped in again to place our short term evening rental our rep, Madison was on-point, concise and efficient. He made check-in and check-out very easy and it was appreciated. My wife and I commented on the good service. Thank you we'll be back and send more customers to this location!

WE WERE GIVEN CLEARLY SUB-STANDARD TIRES FOR A TRIP OF OVER 4000 MILES. BOTH TIRES BLEW ON THE TRIP IN A REMOTE AREA AND THE REPAIR TOOK ALMOST 24 HOURS

The service was terrible and Tanya was very rude and unhelpful. she almost started a fight with a customer standing in line and rather than help the person at the front counter she hindered him helping other customers by upsetting them. she offered to assist a waiting person and check them in but when they had questions her answer was that she didn't work there, she meant the front counter but it came across bad. then she told the customer they would have to get back in line because she was going back to her job of getting the trucks ready. she didnt even finish helping that woman!

I did see several customers waiting to perform a simple task such as purchase boxes who had to wait in line behind customers renting a truck, which takes much longer. I didn't personally experience this, but it might be nice to offer a separate line for those with a short customer service request like buying boxes. Overall, my experience was really quite excellent.

The gentleman at the counter yelled at me for quietly standing in line waiting for him to finish with the 2 customers before me. Told me to go outside and find some other guy to help me drop it off. The other gentleman outside was much nicer and understanding. But there was some sort of miscommunication about when the truck was due. 2 weeks earlier I called uhaul customer service to extend our rental 2 days but apparently something in your system is not linked because we received a call 2 days earlier asking what time on the 2nd we were going to drop it off, but we had it reserved until the 3rd. I asked her to correct that and she did. But when we dropped it off on the 3rd they still said we were late. The man that helped us outside was understanding and didn't charge us for the extra day. It just seems like something in the system wasn't linked. I have used uhaul many times before and have always had good experiences, this time was just pretty bad across the board

The location did not put an equipment dolly in the truck but I was charged for one. I did call and they told me that it would be taken care of at the other end. The location at the other end told me there was nothing that they could do.

Long lines, rude check in, 45 min wait would have been longer if they served non reservation customers... they only told those customers after they sat in line for 45 min waiting....Really???

The worst experience I had. I booked a 14' for 5 days at least 3 weeks in advance and when I arrived I was told there was not a vehicle because how busy they are on a holiday weekend After they looked at by booking information they told me that if they had a vehicle I could not have it for 5 days because they have a policy of not renting an in-area move for that long of a time during a holiday period. As anyone would have been I expressed how upset I was and demanded that I get a vehicle especially since I booked this weeks in advance and have rented from this location many times in the past. Another employee overheard me and basically told be to shut up -- some of the worst customer service that I have ever seen in my life. They finally gave me a vehicle but treated me like it was my fault and that I should have know this policy. I have always had good luck at this location but this was some of the worst customer service I have ever seen from a organization. Yes even worse than Comcast.

Lot was difficult to maneuver because there were so many trucks at the entrance/exit. Also, lot was so full my rides had a hard time getting to a waiting spot to drop me off & pick me up when I was picking up & dropping off the truck.

We got the the last cargo van to move our daughters things from a storage unit to her apartment. It all fit into the van in 1 trip! Large chair, love seat, dresser twin bed and a variety of smaller things. Bill was very nice to deal with. Thanks again! Heidi

The truck I reserved was unavailable, I was told to go to the Lynden location to get a truck. The there was no truck there either. After driving back to other location, explaining I needed to move that day, the 31st, and begging for a trailer; I was given a trailer that wouldn't even fit a queen size box spring. I was not only never offered a discount for my trouble, the woman was rude. I ended up borrowing a truck from a friend. I would recommend others find a truck elsewhere too.
