Not enough parking space on the street for night hours drop off. If there are already 2-3 trucks parked, you literally have no space to park

Mzke your invoices more clear. I understood that it was $19.95 for four hours, plus a certain mileage charge. The invoice claimed it was a set rental rate which with taxes came to over $103. Because I believe I drove over 75 miles, it is probably accurate, but the invoice should track the advertisement.

Maintain the vehicle much better.The transmission was whining. There was a large sheet metal screw in the front tire, The sun-viser was missing. The door handles were very loose, &c.

I had a major problem with the storage facility. The staff were very apathetic, and not helpful, and did not have good customer skills, for the most part. A few of the employees were very nice. There was no help with this confusing huge freight elevator! I had to call 911- the fire department- to help me out of this huge monster-because the U Haul employees would not answer the emergency alarm! I will make a complaint at U-haul corporate headquarters, and possibly talk to Cal OSHA! .

Two issues that I will mention, however the staff was reasonable and resolved the issues favorably. First, my online reservation stated that my rental was for 6 hours, when in fact it was for 3 days. This was going to be a major problem, but I was able to rent for the 3 days. I will mention that your staff was argumentative and was unwilling to find a resolution until I myself became very angry. Second, I noticed that the insurance coverage was added, when I specifically stated that I did not want coverage. The charges were reversed, however it sounds like a scam - I suggest you require a signature or endorsement if coverage is waived.

Have more experienced people at the counter helping customers. I waited at the counter about 10 minutes before my transaction was completed. I don't know - it could have been the computer that was not working properly. All in all I had a very smooth transaction and picking up my truck.

I got to the counter and was told that. No trucks were available even though I had a reservation. I was told the online booking system didn't check in e Tory. Fortunately a truck was returned at the last minute.

Very rude front office staff. Did not have my RESERVED truck available and tried to give me a smaller truck. Eventually they gave me a larger truck but I had to argue with them to get it. Not only that there is a guarantee online saying if my reserved truck was not ready I'd be given $50 and they seemed to have no idea about this online guarantee. I will say that the man who pulled my truck around and did the inspection was very nice and helpful.

I want to tell you that Danny and the other associates were very helpful and ran their operations smoothly. I had made reservations the day the before online and sent me to a location that did not have the correct equipment I had request. Then the associates at the other location directed me to go to another location that they called for me and told me they had the item. They just sent me to the next closest location which happened to be 10 miles away and they also did not have the equipment. This scenario happened two more times during the day. I had gone to 4 different locations before I finally arrived to the Belmont facility where they provided me with the best service. Thanks again Belmont for your help.

Overall very positive experience and would use Uhaul again. Truck drove well, very well mirrored. Appreciate being able to use the after hours drop off. Critical when only having the afternoon off to move.
