truck needed a battery to be charged and I had to wait for 90 minutes, then when I returned truck attendant was unfamiliar with submitting final billing and again I had to wait, ended up leaving - horrible experience from beginning to end

The truck did not have harnesses/belts to secure cargo. Providing these will ensure safe transport of cargo.
Daniel AThe exterior of the truck looked good, the interior floors were dirty from muddy shoes. It was a rainy day, so I am sure that played into the dirty floors.
James LWaited over an hour to get out truck. We pulled into the parking lot and found the truck, we were supposed to be able to pick it up with just the app. For some reason someone signed us up for hand delivery of the keys, but the establishment was closed and therefore could not do that. So we then had to wait on the telephone with uhaul support for about 45mins to an hour before we could use the truck. It took us 3 phone calls before we could actually resolve the issue due to being hung up on 2 times. Both of those times we were told we would get follow up info then did not. We finally got connected with Kaleb he was amazing, he got our issue solved in about 15mins and we were on our way.
Nicholas HWhile the location was ok it was the booking part of this that is completely below sub par. They had no idea of the locations, apparently on how to use google maps, or how to communicate with those in there own office. Upon booking the truck we had a confirmation for a truck that was with in 5 miles of our house. Then we were contacted by the regional office stating that they did not have a truck at that location however they had one 45 miles in the opposite direction we were going to be traveling. The day before we were getting ready to leave another person from the office contacted us to state that the they had a truck closer to us and it would be on our way to our location and confirmed the booking. That afternoon we were again contacted and advised that that truck was not available and they scheduled us a truck to be picked up near NY city about 60 miles away from us and definitely not in the direction of travel. Finally we compromised on a location 65 miles away from us in the direction of travel while not ideal we were stuck as we had a deadline to get off of our storage bin and the help had already made a commitment to us to help out. We passed several locations on the trip that was much closer to us and observed the size truck we rented at those locations both days and they did not move so why were we made to travel extra miles to pick up and drop off the truck we rented, still waiting fro that answer and compensation for the mix up
