2nd time I have used this location this year. I have been pleased with results but wish I could have left the trailer 15 miles away at a Uhaul facility near a college which needs the trailers now. Should have been able to arrange this at corporate level for a no charge drop off.

This was my 1st visit and it went great!I Also was going to be late buy 10 min. returing the truck. I called in and addent said it was fine not a problem. To me it was nice to know I wasn't being helled to the minute,of the contract. It also was raining all day. Thanks Matt O'Brien 5/2013

This location caused me nothing but problems prior to picking up the truck. I reserved a truck online from this location only to get a phone call later after it was confirmed that they couldn't honor my reservation and that I couldn't have the truck for more than a few hours instead of the two days needed. They were so rude and wouldn't offer me any help, I called corporate and THEY were able to get me the deal I had originally secured. When I went to drop off no one came to check-in the truck for about ten minutes because employees were to busy smoking. Finally, as there were three other people in line someone came out from the store and told us to just leave the truck and they'd take care of it later. What a joke!

The person that received my equipment whilst I was returning it was not friendly and was overly gruff and had me stand outside in the pouring rain while he went through the truck. He looked as though I had just bothered him by pulling up. It was very different from the friendly reception I received at the St Cloud location.

I thought the employees were very helpful and friendly. John in particular was very friendly and was able to get us in and out quickly which is great. When we rented in the past it seemed like it took forever but this last time was easy with no hassles. Thanks.

Staff at center was great! Nice work.

Truck was clean, but we could feel every bump severely. It made me wonder if there were any shocks on the vehicle. Also, we rented a bag of blankets and they worked well; however, it was not clear that the rental fee was per day. I feel like we got taken on that item.

Everything was great, Truck was reday when promised and truck was in great shape. Staff was very helpfull and answered all my questions. Thank you for a great move. Can not think of anything to improve on,just keep the service the same.

On check-in of truck I was asked turn on the turn signals for the employee. At that time he said the front signals weren't working. My first reaction was to ask him if he was trying to blame me for the signals not working. He said NO, although the dashboard indicated turn signal blinkers were working. It seems to me that someone should have noticed the signals weren't working when I picked up the truck. Upon pick-up I was asked to inspect the truck for damage, not to see if the turn signals worked. This could have been an accident in the making while using the truck.

John, the gentleman who "helped" me was a complete jerk. He had an attitude the entire time that I dropped off the vehicle. I asked him what his problem was and he denied acting like a jerk. I would not recommend the personnel at this location for anyone. The guy was an a-hole and I rated the service as poor.

Outstanding customer service! Nate went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly when we picked up the trailer. He had to deal with a very difficult customer before us and he acted with professionalism the entire time. Well done!!!

Truck I rented was a beat up piece of junk. Felt like riding a bucking bronco. A couple of times I thought it was going to fall apart from shaking so bad. Workers seemed bored with their jobs, just going through the motions. Truck's check engine light came on on the return trip. I was uncertain if we would make it back with our cargo. All in all, not a great experience.

The U-Haul employee was very helpful. He asked me if I was moving mattresses and what size. He advised me that the trailer I had reserved would be too small because of the door size. I am very glad that he helped me get a larger trailer at no additional cost. I would recommend that the trailer doors be lubed. It was very difficult to raise and lower the door.
