It took 45 mins to receive the u-haul despite the fact I had reserved the equipment and checked in online before fact. The manager of the location was there but continued to wait on customers that had checked in well after I did and left her poor employee to try to assist me despite the malfunctioning computers. She has a great ability to multitask but she needs to understand customer service is more important and pushing people through. When I returned the van "Jack" was very kind to me and gave excellent customer service. His great attitude and assistance will be the only reason I will consider returning to that location. Or recommend it to friends.

Possibly sign up outside in your lot like they do at Avis and Hertz. All on a Mobil device used by your agent . No reason to go inside and wait in line again

Remind the client to take a walk around the rental to confirm any previous dents, etc. Overall the rental staff was excellent and the location is in a great spot!

1/2 before I was to pick up my truck, I was sent a text that I had to go to an alternative location to pick up the truck. Thankfully, the manager at the new location gave me a break on the price of the mileage since it was a further location away from where we were moving, adding additional mileage to our move. It was VERY frustrating to have only a half hour notice on a new location when I know, for sure, it was known the truck size I needed was unavailable at the site I had chosen initially. The manager at the Orchard location in Boise was wonderful to be accommodating over an issue that wasn't hers.

I use this location frequently. I buy propane there and should I need packing supplies, they have what I need. I used their Ford pickup and a 14' van. Both had clean cabs and were well maintained.

When I picked up the trailer I was given a location to drop it off when finished. However, when I arrived to drop off the trailer they would not take it. They demanded that I take it to another location that was 30 minutes out of my way. Very disappointing!

great front desk person, she was amazing!
The van we drove was filthy on the outside, it needed a bath for sure. The Window was concentrated with leftover bug debris.

Easy to see/read directional signing for where to pull into location since it is setup to be one way enter and exit. Employee was friendly, fast and efficient.
