The staff was VERY accommodating, especially when we continued to need the truck for moving. Our moving day went from 1 day to 3 and we didnt have to worry when we called asking for yet another day!!1

The only thing that was a slight problem was the communication between the staff about the conversation with the customer agreement for returning the truck. It later got taken care of and I was very pleased. Would definitely rent again from this location.

The overall renting experience went very well, but I don't recommend anyone use the 24hr roadside assistance. I called in about a flat tire and ended up waiting 6 hours for someone to arrive.

Very good experience, rented the 5 x 9 trailer.
The guy helping me with the hookup was very helpfull , will definetly be bringing more business to this location in the future.
I liked the fact that they had a LOT of equipment on the lot

The elevator had a very bad smell in it....when we went up to view the storage unit in the afternoon around 12:30 the smell was fresh and remained the same way when we returned later in the afternoon around 4pm to unload the truck.

Truck was dirty and smelled like cigarettes and had cigarette butts in the ashtray.I was also lied to about drop off at the other location I was told if I needed it for a few extra hours it was no problem they where closed on Sunday and I wouldn't get charged

Gas gauge was 1/4 lower and odometer was 13 miles higher in truck than what was on the rental agreement. However the people at the counter took care of adjusting the agreement without too much hassle.

This location did not have what I needed initially, and upgraded me to a larger option at the same rate as the trailer that I wanted. I had to cancel the original reservation and the staff at this location was more than happy to ensure I had what I needed when I needed it.

I am very happy that the local staff was able to accommodate our somewhat unique situation. On the other hand, being routed to a call center for every inquiry is very annoying. Luckily, the call center representative was able to request that the local on-site people call me. I got a different answer to a special request once we were able to talk to the people that actually gave us the truck.

I did sweep out the interior a bit. Not bad though. I had a hard time loosening the square nut on the ball hitch to get it off. What's the trick without using a large wrench or vice grip of some sort?
