They sent me out with a bald tire on the trailer. When I discovered it the HOT LINE took 18 hours to have someone come out and change it. I will be filing a complaint tomorrow and requesting a full refund. I could have been killed along with my daughter that just graduated from college. I can't believe they gave me this trailer. I have photo's to prove it!!!

Desk clerk was rude and disinterested. They forgot to put furniture pads in the cargo van.
When a person requests a specific location, should try to honor it. I had to travel 35 minutes out of my way in Boston rush hour to go to the location where the van was.

The rental itself is fine, and I appreciated how easy it was to change pickup locations online, though I would have preferred to pick up in Waltham and return in Cambridge. But please do something to make it easier to get a taxi afterwards. We had to call multiple companies and wait a long time for a cab, and we nearly missed our flight. That's the only reason to recommend against using this location.

Desmond, Federico, George, Brown, and White: All provided excellent service with a genuine, welcoming smile! I have not seen such great service in a very long time! Bravo to the team! If I wasn't jobless, I would buy all of them lunch as they deserve recognizition.

I was surprised to get a "10' moving van" instead of the "cargo van" that I originally ordered on line. I should have received a more explicit notice that my original preference of vehicle would not be met.

End of Month Sunday morning and you only have 2 (or maybe 3, it wasn't clear who was actually working) people at the counter with at least 7 stations? I had to wait in line almost 45 minutes. So much for having a reservation. And for some reason they tried to give me a 14 ft truck when I had reserved a 10 footer.
U-Haul is conveniently located but way too chaotic.

Huge line for pickup. I was scheduled for pick up at 10 and arrived then. Didn't leave until 11. If there are a lot of people coming, you should staff accordingly.

I checked in at 9a.m.. The line was long enough that I had to wait 20-25minutes. This location had 2 contract writers on at that hour you ought to review that!
