I rented a pick up truck specifically - to use the truck bed. Unfortunately that was impossible because it was totally full of snow! No explanation or apology AND I still had to pay for the rental even though I could not utilize it due to the fact that it had two feet of snow in it! How can they rent a moving pick up truck that is not in working condition?

Once again felt ripped off. Was told I was all set after disputing bill because I paid almost three hundred dollars and just wanted to double check and instead told I was all set not knowing they just pushed bill through my debit card and bounced bills and I wasn't able to use my coupon. this is very, very unprofessional will look further into this and please do help me find a solution cause this services is unfair and won't be back to location if can help it. felt like I was over charged and will dispute but again very unfair and poor customer service.

I found the pricing confusing and the ways that fees are added on are not straightforward. Nothing to do with the staff at the rental location, the young lady that assisted me was very patient in explaining the contract. I was very appreciative of her patience as I was in a very stressed state because a sudden and unexpected move was the reason I needed to rent the truck.

When I check in for the truck the employees at the front desk were playing their cellphone and talking to each other. Also the check out mileage is incorrect and was charged 1 mile extra. Sent an email to customer service and haven't received a response.

I returned the van with a huge sentiment of frustration. I understand that I estimated my trip as 10 miles and went over by 7 miles to be charged triple is not fair. No one should reprimand someone that much for an estimation for god damn sake. I am really frustrated. And its a common sentiment that Uhaul should take seriously.

One issue I was disappointed with at Mass Ave location. I needed to park the trailer overnight because of a moving-in problem. In the city I was unfamiliar with I asked to park on the UHaul lot but the answer was a firm 'No'. I was stuck and was hopeful UHaul could allow this. The response was very disappointing.

I booked a truck and did not know that the smaller truck did not have a ramp. I returned the truck for a truck with a ramp and I was charged for both trucks and then I traveled to Quincy and I accidentally put too much gas in the tank and I was told oh well sorry we do not credit you the gas. I am so disgusted with Uhaul that I will never use them again. I will never recommend them to anyone and I will definitely tell everyone that I know of the experience that I had with this company. I mean the attitude was horrible. I am handicapped and I feel like I was treated like less of a person because disability. I had to pay in total with gas 130 dollars to drive my electric wheelchair to storage I Quincy. So I wish someone would follow up with me with a phone call. my phone number is 617-825-5585. Have better customer service representation. The staff were not presentable and very rude. It was an uncomfortable experience going in and out. They should at least have a better attitude towards customers no matter they're personal issues.

TWICE They did not get my online order correct and because the movers were not given the pads I ordered my furniture was Damaged and an expensive frame was chipped so I can never hang the picture again and it's so old I can't imagine my $14 safe ride will cover it. I called customer service and was disconnected twice
