Store was not busy but staff was overly stressed. They will have a very difficult time when CU students return from Spring Break since staff was stressed with hardly anyone in store.

1. U-Haul never issued me an actual contract. 2. U-Haul North Boulder repeatedly messed up my order and gave me misinformation, they didn't even have my U-Box, truck, and trailer set up when I arrived at my pick up time. 3. U-Haul North Boulder told me that my box had shipped when it hadn't. 4. When I called to check in on tracking my box, the manager at U-Haul Boulder let me know that the box actually hand't shipped (even though one of her employees told me it had a week earlier) and that she didn't know when it would ship. 5. A few days later, after not hearing anything from U-Haul about the shipment of my U-Box, I filed an official complaint with U-Haul customer service. 6. The next day someone from U-Haul Colorado called me and told me that they had my U-Box at the central distribution office and that they would "try" to ship it ASAP. However, her estimate for shipping time was much longer than I had been told previously. 7. THREE WEEKS after I dropped off my U-Box to be shipped, I finally received a call from U-Haul New York letting me know that my box had arrived and that I should come pick it up. I told them that my movers would come that evening to pick up my box. 8. A few hours later U-Haul NYC called me back and asked me when I was coming to unpack my U-Box because, "it was damaged in transit and wasn't stable enough to be delivered to my apartment".... I lost my cool when I heard this and the employee put me on hold while she went to "look at the U-Box herself". Five minutes later she got back on the phone and told me, "never mind" I could come pick it up, it was actually fine. 9. Eventually, after three weeks, many phone calls, many lies from many U-Haul representatives later, I got all of my possessions. U-Haul charged me for every penny. No discounts were given for the MAJOR mistakes they made and no one sent follow up emails or called. And today, a month later, I received a random charge for $90 more dollars, it looks like the saga still isn't over...

I rented on a Sunday. I was told to return the utility dolly and furniture dolly by 7:00pm. I arrived at 6:30pm and saw the store had closed at 5:00pm. I was not given specific instructions for returning small (stealable items) after hours. I left the items with another dolly in front of the store. I also left a note to call me to confirm the receipt of these items. I have yet to receive a call.

REVOKE THIS FRANCHISES BUSINESS LICENSE AND LET SOMEONE WITH GOOD HEALTHY POSITIVE INTERACTION & PEOPLE SKILLS TAKE THE HELM. THAT WOULD BE THE BEST THAT YOUR CORPORATION COULD (AND SHOULD ) DO--- PERIOD. THE MANAGERS MISSMANAGEMENT AND HIRING (NEPITISM) PRACTICES ARE VERY QUESTIONABLE AT THE VERY LEAST NOT TO MENTION OF THE POOR QUALITY OF TREATMENT NOT ONLY TO MYSELF BUT OTHER CUSTOMERS AS WELL( THAT I'VE PERSONALLY WITNESSED). THE PRACTICE OF MONEY EXTORTION ON THE CUSTOMERS UPON RETURN OF RENTAL EQUIPMENT SEEMS VERY, VERY EVIDENT TO ME. THANK YOU VERY MUCH HAVE A GREAT WEEK !

The store employees were great. on the downside, the truck stank of dryer sheets/air freshener. This gives me a headache and is unpleasant. I removed one dryer sheet from under the driver's seat. The truck still smelled, and when the heater was on it reeked! So I always used "vent," instead.

fire the knuckle heads in the yard, jon is awesome but not enough to make up for the grandson and beanie guy. 2 1/2 hours to start a truck and hook up a car dolly with functioning lights!? and forgot the furniture pads and had to drive 32 miles round trip to come back and get them, moving is stressful enough and when it takes half a day to get a 15 minute job done your failing big time! thank the gods you forgot to charge me for the car dolly or id really be upset, I would rather pay for the dolly to not waste 5 hours that I could have been loading. get it together!

Not all of your staff is understanding the computer system and they much rely on you can always call the phone # on your contract. But when you drive cross country, you have other things on your mind then calling from behind the wheel.
