No improvement possible! Mauricio provided the absolite best possible customer service. I have moved many many times being military, and my experience with this rental has far surpassed every other I've had in the past, not just with Uhaul, but restaurants, stores, you name it! I cannot say enough how great Mauricio was in helping me with my move.

I was very upset to find that my ONLINE reservation for one large truck for TWO days was completely meaningless when I got to the local UHaul location and was told the truck I had reserved was only available for ONE day, and no other large trucks were available. When you've planned a move to take TWO days with a truck and suddenly have to try to get it all done in ONE day, that is not a pleasant experience and in this case UHaul is to blame. While I'm sure there is some fine print in the reservation about "subject to availability", this is no way to treat customers - either have a web based reservation system that provides actual availability or scrap your crappy web based system and inform customers to deal directly with the local UHaul location. I do not fault this local UHaul location, they were generally friendly and did their jobs to my satisfaction - I blame the useless UHaul online system for providing false information. I will certainly make sure everyone that I know is aware of how UHaul treated me.

I made my reservation online, and selected this location for a 5X9 Trailer with a ramp, when I arrived they didn't have the trailer, gave me a different one and that charged me more for it - not my fault the didn't have my equipment. They couldn't even find my reservation in the system but I was supposed to receive a call telling me where to pick up my equipment even if it wasn't this location well that didn't happen either. I am moving in a few days to TX from CO and I have been very unhappy with U-haul thus far and I have used them several times in the past. You keep the big trailers for local moves only and the smaller trailers for state to state moves, makes no sense when your moving Mechanics Tool Boxes and other larger items and wouldn't fit in an enclosed trailer.

Mauricio, the General Manager at the Broadway location was nice and very helpful. It's always a tremendously long wait to get checked in, and there is never enough help. This location seems to have been cleaned up recently and doesn't reek of cigarette smoke any longer. So, I would recommend to a friend as it is the best of the worst.

The service I received was above and beyond. Boulder is not my closet Uhaul, but there was a problem at the Hwy I-25 and Hwy 66 location and I was sent to Boulder. The I-25 location solved the problem and then the Boulder location took superior care of me. Glenn was amazing. Friendly, helpful, and capable. The next day I needed an extension on my time and the woman who handled my call was wonderful to speak with and accomodating. I will forever go to the Boulder location and reccommend anyone using a hauling service to do the same. Amazing service across the board from start to finish. Thank you.

OMG.... I had the best experience EVER!! This location was extremely busy and WAY understaffed, however, the people working here were happy, friendly and very positive. Not too often do you see this. Glenn was amazing! I wish more places would take care of their customers as well as he did yesterday. He deserves a huge "atta-BOY"! .....and maybe a coffee with the owner! Keep up the great work. I had an unbelievable experience at the Uhaul in Boulder, Colorado. I got everything I needed to move to Florida and to have a medium-sized trailer in tow. The hitch and wiring were installed on my car at the Arvada location on 8/5/14 so that everything would be in place before my move on the 13th of September. I picked up the trailer at the Boulder location so that it would be closer to my house and we wouldn't have to add any time to the 11 hours we needed to drive that day. There were two people working that day. The manager, named Maurico, and a female assistant who could not manage to do anything on her own (she didn't know how to place the ball and pin into my hitch, she didn't know how to do anything on the computer, and everything that needed to be done had to be done by the manager). We had an appointment at 8am to pick up the trailer. I planned enough time in order to have everything loaded and to be on the road by 10am and to get to Topeka, Kansas at the hotel I had booked (I had booked hotels for the next four days and had everything mapped out on a very specific timeline). The female assistant took us out to the trailer and told my boyfriend that he could go ahead and put ball and pin on. I told her that the people who installed the hitch said that UHaul would put together the ball and pin, and that I wanted them to do so because we didn’t know what we were doing. She had to get the manager because she had never done one either. Maurico comes out, puts everything together and tries two different trailers and tells me that my wiring wasn’t installed correctly because the taillights were not working. He asked if Uhaul did the wiring and when I told him that they did, he said that he had no one to fix it for me that day and that I might want to try and take it to the UHaul in Arvada to fix it. I asked what he suggested I do since I needed to start driving to Kansas in an hour and a half, so he told me that I should call and try to make an appointment, as he had no time to work on it. By this time, I was in a complete panic thinking my whole plan was thrown off even though I had prepared in every way, and that I was about to lose all of the money on my hotels and would need to book new ones. I called Arvada UHaul and they got back to me quickly. They told me that their manager was contacting someone higher up to inform of the problem and the girl I spoke to was trying to get ahold of the manager at the Boulder location. She told me, “I understand why you are so mad, and this is complete crap. We do not do bad wiring jobs.” They got back to me with a solution about thirty minutes after I left the Boulder location. I was told to go back to the UHaul I came from and that he was told to fix my wiring. She said that if there was something wrong, it was a stupid oversight and that Maurico would be taking care of it. We get back to the Boulder UHaul and the female assistant was following us around telling us to move our car out of t

Nothing was ready when I came to pick it up. I expected to sign some papers, give my credit card and be on my way. Instead, they had no idea what I had ordered and none of it was ready. They didn't know how to check if I actually had ordered the things I said without a long, long wait for me. While I was waiting, the manager said I needed to bring the truck back by 2:00 even though I was told I could have it until closing when I made the reservation. This made time an even more sensitive issue and I just wanted to get out of there. Finally I started making a fuss (but nothing over the top) so that they would pay attention to me to which the manager responded in a very rude way, but gave me the materials I had ordered. I don't see how it could have been such a big deal to give me some of those cheap materials I rented or bought considering they already had all of my information and credit card. It was an unpleasant experience and because I wasn't able to plan for returning the truck by 2:00 I wasn't able to make the two trips necessary to get all of my things. I would not go to that U-Haul location again and would not recommend any of my friends to it either, and maybe not any U-Haul location. Poor customer service.
