We waited over an hour in line to get the u haul . The people there were very disorganized. There were only two people working that was not enough, they were going to rent me a truck that only had 3/8 of a tank of gas and then when I complained they rented me one with a half tank of fuel. I have rented u haul trucks before and they have always been full of gas! The drop off was a lot better and professional it was at 4700 south and 4000 west in salt lake. Moving is stressful enough and waiting in line for an hour made it a lot worse and inconveinant!

They listened to me complain about the truck and were very sorry for the truck. Took care of the paperwork in a professional mannor and got me the extra day from not being able to rent on sat in panguitch.

Old truck. Window wouldn't roll up. Seat beat wouldn't tighten or lock. Customer service extremely poor nor informative. More like here you go. Here's the lemon and she won't notice. In fact I'm more inclined to go out my way to tell people how bad it was all around! Rate it less than a zero.

Nothing!! Jeff, the manager, was wonderful. He made a very hard move become easy and non trivial. I would recommend that my friends go out of their way to use the Bountiful location. I was VERY pleased with the personalized service, follow through and cost of this rental.

When I called to ask for a late return, I was forwarded to a corporate office, where the customer service rep lied to me saying that they were at the bountiful location. Then they told me that returning a day late would be fine and I wouldn't be charged for it- but made no notation of it. The manager at the store worked very well with me to fix the lies that corporate told me.

The people were exceptional. They were quick and efficient. I returned the truck after hours and early the next day I had the final bill and everything went smoothly. I am making a bigger move soon and will definately consider using them again.

Not happy with being charged for 2 days. I picked it up at 7:00 am on 3/16/13 and returned right after they opened on 3/17/13. I was charge an extra 29.95 and $10.00 for equipment. Sorry but I will not use U-Haul agan.
