The person is badly knowledge about the rental agreement and took over an hour to process my rental. I needed the trailer to love a vehicle from there to napanee witch is only 2hours away and was charged two day rental. I was told the cost would be $54 + $9 insurance and i paid $124.00. Not happy about being over charged for the equipment.

The office was terrible, the guys looked like they were chilling out in their living room rather than working. Didn't have the equipment ready and didn't even bother to take us out to the truck, just pointed and said: "It's over there",
