Provide more information on how the 24 hour drop off feature works. There was no one there when I tried to drop off the trailer and I did not want to just leave it, so I had to make a second trip the next day.

The people at this U-Haul (9682 Brownsville Hwy) are so nice. The other U-Haul at 6400 Kitsap Way in Bremerton is the WORST U-Haul dealer I have ever delt with. They NEVER answer the phone and their service is the worst. You can quote me on that !!!!

Nothing I was very satisfied with the service I received. Staff was friendly & they had the truck I needed as well as dollys & blankets. The truck was very clean & well maintained. I highly recommend this place!

This location service was excellent and the staff was knowledgable. However the corporate customer service / scheduling leaves something to desire. The corporate staff is not as knowledgeable or able to explain things that they see on the computer. Don't worry though, the local office cleared everything up for me.

Truck has transmission problems issues and didnt feel it was reliable. The shifter control was not easy to identify which gear it was in and it was very sticky. Alignment off. JUNK.

This truck should not have been rented. It was a danger to drive across country and I could have had a serious accident or even been killed as a result of this rental. I am very displeased with U-haul and this experience.
