I have rented from various uhaul locations.
this was by far the most excellent experience i have had.
please let this staff know that they have a great business and have won a valuable customer, who also has access to thousands of customers and will gladly spread the word.

I made reservations online prior to my move. Then the day of got sent to two other places cause apparently it was my job to have a trailer ready nd available for pick up. Then I got the trailer. Made the trip. Unpacked my stuff only to find the roof was damaged and water got all in it and drenched my husbands military awards and paperwork and equipment.

We had to wait over an hour to leave with the uHaul due to fuel issues, and possible uHaul issues. The staff took a long time to figure out what to do and did not seem to care that we were wanting to have a much swifter experience.

Before making additional charges it would be nicr to have a phone call. We were charged an extra day and a few other fees I would have liked to have known about before being charged. As of right now we expected to pay 150 to rent a truck abd gave been charged $350. Unacceptable and ridiculous. I will never use uhaul again. This is outrageous and sneaky and greedy business.
