We rented the pick up from 11:30-3:30 and brought it back EARLY around 3pm and they did not process the return and send me an email receipt until 4pm so I was charged an additional rental fee! I have proof I was at other stores after that time and I will fight this whether it was just incompetence on the part of the people who check the rentals back in after you drop them off, or if it was intentional and a way for your location to rip people off. I have contacted customer service, filed a complaint, and also contacted my bank letting them know I was charged that amount without permission. Both employees were working were incompetent. One seemed new as she was very unsure and confused when helping us. The other guy was rude and a know it all. I will NEVER recommend this location. My issue with my being overcharged had BETTER be rectified soon.

Took 40 minutes to get the rental. There was only one person ahead of me in line. The 2nd agent needed to get water and told me the other agent would be "right with me". Ten minutes later she came back and clearly had trouble with the steps in the computer. Eventually the manager had to intervene three times to get it done.

Taylor was amazing. She understood how stressful things can be during a move and made sure I was comfortable with the change in vehicle. The manager was terrible and lied to me about gas mileage, which i did NOT appreciate.not a good business practice, Taylor made it all better!

Every time I use this location, there is always a long line of customers but never a maximum number of sales associates assisting them. The manager should know by now that the last day of the month is often a heavy moving day and more people should be scheduled to assist customers in order that customers' schedules aren't delayed too much.

The woman was not understable during check in. She was not speaking loud enough and I had to ask many times to speak louder. That made me very angry and very nervous to have missed something important for the rest of the day.

Extremely pleased with customer service. A 17ft truck was not available and manager got me a 20ft for the same rate. Rep outside explained everything to me, offered suggestions about furniture pads, instructions for proper truck/material return. Thank you!!!

When I arrived I couldn't get the truck I reserved and was given a smaller truck. Shortly after leaving with this truck I was given the opportunity to return the smaller truck for the appropriate sized vehicle that was returned after I picked up my reservation. More should be done to ensure reserved vehicles are available.

Horrible experience. Waited 1 hour in line, and when it was our turn, we were told our reservation was not guaranteed and they did not have a truck for us. Apparently, having an email confirmation for the reservation, receiving a text message confirmation 24 hours before your reservation, and receiving another confirmation email 24 hours before the reservation doesn't "guarantee you a reservation." This is ridiculous. Instead of getting a 20" van for a 1 way move, we were told there were no 20" vans available, and there were no other 20" vans in the area as well. They could offer us a 15" van for a 2-way... which was unacceptable since we were driving 100 miles to move. Absolute horrible nightmare in dealing with uhaul. The story gets even worse from here, but you get the idea.

Prices should be made clear at the time of reservation. Different price at time of booking and something else at check in or pick up. Why is that? $19.95 advertise on your vehicles will turn to $69 without taxes or insurance. Change your tactics of luring people to use your services. I don't I will attempt with you guys someday.

We waited an hour in line and at some points there was no customer service agents at the desk so the line was not moving at all. The only thing that saved this horrible experience was Terrence Blalock. Unlike his coworker he cared about my experience and apologized for the LONG wait. He is management material.

The trailer was clean. However, there was a tie-down ring missing from the right front. More serious was the fact that when I drove away after having the trailer set up, and was told "all set" by the manager, the hitch connector had not been tightened! I know this because it came unhitched on my way home! Luckily the safety chains were attached well, so no harm done, but a scare!

The tow dolly we received was not checked and was bent, and the electric was not working, which meant we had to stop in route and lose time in transit. This should have been checked in advance for convenience as well as safety.

I was told when I return my auto transport after operational hours to place it in the same location in the yard as I picked it up and whatever I do avoid blocking the return area lanes. So I did what I was told like a fool and they never checked the equipment in. I was charged multiple days for the equipment that I only used 5 hours. If I could do anything over I would have place my auto transport in the return lane as I was told not to do. I will never use this location again!!!!!

The wait to pick the Uhaul up was over an hour. There was no efficiency in the way the customer service was set up. The people were rude and clearly over worked. I would not use this location again (Brighton, ma).

Even though we reserved a uhaul well in advance we had to wait in line for 45 minutes before we even spoke with someone about receiving our truck. The entire office seemed very disorganized. We were also given our truck without the furniture mat's or dolly. Staff was quick to remedy this once we informed them, but clearly they were understaffed.

Terrible customer service. Scheduled for a 9:00 am pick up, and stood in line for 40 minutes in order to check in. Way too many appointments scheduled for 9:00 and not enough staff. When dropping off the truck the employee taking the keys used expletives to explain how much they hated U-Haul and hated their job. The most unprofessional transaction I have ever encountered.

The check out line was ridiculously long and cut into our rental time by about 30 minutes. The Saturday rush seems to be a regular phenomenon and you should be better staffed to handle it. The customer representative Terrence who helped us, however, was very friendly.
