I tried to rent a trailer on Sunday approximately 10 minutes before close and the representatives told me it wasnt possible because the computers were shutting down. I was overcharged for the trailer, I only rented the trailer for one day and was charged for two. I returned the trailer within one hour of taking it out. I tried to correct this yesterday and was told I would receive a call back within 30 minutes and have not heard anything at all.

The plastic trim under the front bumper came off as I was driving on the highway and rubbed against the front left tire. Potential very dangerous, could have cause and accident if it had come off altogether.

Poor customer service. Very, very slow service and I was the only customer there!! Was told truck had 1/2 tank full of gas but was only 1/4 full. Had to go back in to office to have them correct that on paperwork which took MORE time.

These comments apply to U-Haul of Brighton, MA. 1. There is only street parking available if you want to park for more than 30 minutes. Pretty easy to find if you're there early, but not in the middle of the day. 2. Does anyone know what a "Boston CCF surcharge" is? This $10 fee is one of those state/local fees that U-Haul has no control over. I don't mind paying it, but I only found out about this fee when I was renting the truck that day. There was no mention of it online when I reserved the truck. Online U-Haul, show your customers ALL of the fees in your subtotal before online checkout, so we can budget appropriately. 3. Beyond that, everything was great. Great service, clean truck, and it ran very well.

I do have to say , out of all the years of renting trucks from uhaul, this past time was very pleasant. From the confirmation with everything I asked for online, to the truck was ready and warmed up for me, all the way to the drop off .. I am extremely satisfied with this location and will only be renting from this location when needed.

I was very impressed with the sales associate who took the time to explain to me what I need to do. My van broke down and I had to move a bit of gear. The only problem I have now is to find my van key that I left on the key chain. Maybe your associates could check that when we return vehicles. Thanks

Let me start with a list; Rented my 14' truck without a courtesy call which end up in double the miles I used (double of the cost) Charged for the larger truck Charged twice for the Utility dolly and accused for having a second dolly (instead of asking) After almost a week is not resolved I will never again rent from this store. Awful experience.

The customer service person who helped us, named Corvette, was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. She was clearly annoyed we were making her work, and since it was raining out she very openly stated she wasn't going outside, so basically threw us the keys and let us go out - having to ask a worker there which truck was ours. Our truck was blocked by another, and instead of moving it when I asked, he went off and did something else. The whole experience was terrible, mainly because of the people.

The sales associate gave us the wrong truck and then told us we could not drop off the van after hours. When we went in to let him know that the mileage did not match, we overheard him tell a customer who was getting the same vehicle under the same terms that they could drop it off after hours. This was Wednesday, October 29th at 6pm.
