Mechanically, the equipment was well maintained, but the inside of the trailer had dirt and debris inside I had to sweep out. I'm guessing it was used by a carpentry contractor prior to my rental.

Very nice staff, price was LESS than expected, though it would be nice to see mileage packages, or reduced rates for fewer miles. 99 cents a mile just seems a bit much on top of the gas cost. Either way, what a great service!

Horrible experience. Cashier was very unfriendly. Threatened to charge us 45.00 in gas when the car we used was drove LESS than 3 miles. We put 7.00 in gas in it. The cashier MADE us go back to a gas station to put another 6.00 in there. 13.00 for 3 miles? RIP OFF COMPANY

I'm getting charged a fee of $30 for not putting a gallon of gas into the truck. I also had to drive there on my lunch hour from 20 miles away because they couldn't get anybody to be there on Saturday morning when I picked up the truck. So I used at least 3 gallons of gas to do that. I also had to eat my lunch while driving out there since it used all of my lunch hour to drive there & back. So basically I took it up the backside doing that & now I'm being charged this fee for not putting a gallon of gas into the truck. Wow! Way to make all the money you can & making the customer have to adjust their schedule because you can't provide a service for the customer. Have times changed that much where the customer has no rights & has to take whatever the business provides? NO! They can just not use that business anymore!
