U-HAUL SHOULD HAVE A WAY TO PICKUP A TRAILER IF YOUR VEHICLE BREAKS AND YOU CAN NOT RETURN IT.

1st on-line attempt thought I had been confirmed for usage. Re-registered for the next week on line and wanted to get verbal confirmation. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE ?? My son had heard this complaint when disappointed we did not have a truck reserved. I had tried numerous times before contacting your national #. Used this location on many different occasions and never had a problem. Staff is general very helpful and professional.

The driver's side door latch was broken and held the door shut while driving on the highway. Extremely unsafe. Update your trucks and safety maintenance.

The attendent was very friendly. He was the only one at the desk and he moved quickly to help the person ahead of me and then helped me as fast as he could. I came back two days later to review my receipt both attendents took the time to review and explain everything on the contract. Thank you.

Reserved truck for the Norwood, MA location but had to drive 30 mins. farther to get the truck at the Brockton, MA location. Customer service agent at Brockton, was very professional, courteous, and friendly.

You need to place a sign at the return vehicle area clearly stating that customers do not need to go into the office to return a vehicle, but can simply hand the keys to the attendant. Other than that, service was good. Thank you!

The rep in Brockton was excellent but the 45 minute wait in line was awful. I originally reserved the truck out of Norwood 2 weeks before the date I needed it. I was called the day before I was supposed to pick it up and told Norwood didn't have a truck available. This left me no time to seek alternatives. I had to leave work early resulting in a loss of pay. If I could've picked up in Norwood as planned it would've taken approximately 1/2 hour to get there and get the truck home where we had people waiting to help pack but since I had to go to Brockton it took 2 1/2 hours to get there, get the truck and get it back home. I was given 50 free miles and an extra day as compensation which I didn't need at all. I had the truck a total of 16 hours tops and drove 102 miles. I originally paid for a 2 day rental and 113 miles so given me 50 extra miles and adding a day was useless to me. The rep, Kelly, who offered these compensations came across as impatient and gave the impression she just didn't care ave wasn't willing to listen to the issues this caused and was less than helpful. Totally awful experience and I can honestly say I will never use uhaul again.

Our reservation in Weymouth was changed the day before we picked up. I called to confirm the reservation on Fri 07/31 only to find out that the truck was not available. The Weymouth office did not have a truck for us! They found a replacement truck around 7:00pm Friday night and I had to travel out of town to pickk up and drop off. Very unprofessional!

Start by inspecting the trailers that you rent out. Mine had a non-uhaul tire on the left side. The bearings were so bad I was told by Kal Tire it would never make it home and seize on me. I had to wait 2 days to get a tire replaced. Then I had to drive 2 hours to a Uhaul location to exchange my trailer for one that would not break down on my drive home. I'm also into my cell phone carrier for over 100.00 in talk/data which I did not have internationally in Canada. It ruined my whole vacation. I only get 10 days off a year. and I have to spend Saturday - Wednesday of my week off, chasing tires and exchanging the trailer for it to be safe for me, my elderly mom and my 2 young boys.
