Disinterested and slow customer service reps. It took 15 minutes in line before talking to a rep with only one other person in front of me. Two others behind the counter were chatting and ignoring customers in line.

It is a nice location, good equipment's and excellent customer service. The exception is that one has to wait for longtime for service as a result of only one customer service personnel. This was in all the three times visit I made this week for information, rental and storage. This could be improved by having more customers service personnel. Thanks

1. Actually have the reserved equipment available (i reserved furniture pads but none were available when i arrived) 2. Process customers faster. The line was more than an hour long.

Had to pay $14 dollars for gas on a ten mile trip because I did not check gas gauge not because worker did not mark correctly. Seemed like a scam to me. Had trouble when making payment also.

I never met anyone at this location. However I would suggest when calling about information to get representatives names to clarifier all details. I was informed of a fee I knew nothing about and was given a run around about the matter. Then received a bill for an amount that wasn't even discuss prior which I am now disputing.

I waited 50 minutes to get to the counter for a 9 am appointment. They then told me my truck time starts at 9. Made a reservation a few days in advance and had to wait on a line with everyone even those who did not have an appointment. I feel sine there were three reps, two (reps) of should have been for reservation until that line is cleared. I just fined it is not well planned out.

Over the phone scheduling reps were very discourteous. One Abruptly disconnected the phone in the middle of the conversation. Was impatient and not very informative. Wanted to quickly pass the call on to someone else. Initially I was told and it is stated in the contract that having the truck over the time would only cost me $40/day but when I got on the phone with the scheduling rep to schedule an additional day I was told of and inconvenience fee that could range from $100-&150. If that was the case and the rep was not using a scare tactic to ensure the truck's return ASAP then I suggest it be stated in the contract. Thank you

It was disappointing to find out the furniture pads were all gone. Men standing outside the door were soliciting work as moving help which was uncomfortable. No clear instructions on where to go after getting keys, we had to kind of wander around until we found a clearing where the truck pickup guy was putting all the receipts in a plastic garbage bag....he was pretty quick and efficient though.

Customer service. Poor. Racist. I'm a Hispanic woman. I was standing in line and a black man skipped the line. The cashier woman allowed it claiming he was there already but their system went down. He left and returned an hour later. In which at this time there was a long line. He shouldn't had skipped everyone with out an explanation. As a customer rep she was suppose to ask was it okay and explain to her customer why she was allowing him to skipped. If a customer agree then is acceptable. If not he suppose to stand on line just like everyone else. It took for me to question the situation and her reply was "oh well he was here". And told the man to come on don't worry about them. Rude, nasty and disregarding her customers feelings.

Specifically called this location to rent because they are open earlier. Also asked about blankets "sure we have them, no need to reserve blankets" I was told. When we arrived at 7am for our truck they said we had to go to another location and wait until 9am, meanwhile, they had many, many trucks in the lot. So many that we had to park our car on the street. After much discussion, they reluctantly gave us a truck. Then they said they had no blankets, none. I find this hard to believe... Anyway we made due with bubble wrap and spare blankets from home. Very unprofessional and/or disorganized.
