Overall, the experience was great, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. However, I was charged an extra hundred dollars for miles I did not drive when i received my reciept via email. Thankfully the staff was accommodating and fixed the error quickly.

We rented two uboxes online many weeks in advance of our move.When we went to get them they only had one. The guys were very nice that tried to fix the problem at this site. However, we ended up having to rent a trailer to finish our move which was discounted $48. We are currently hauling it across country causing us to miss a reservation at Niagara Falls and adding time and gas cost to our trip. We are moving from Boston to Flagstaff. We were counting on the Uboxes for the move. This was a huge disappointment .

I feel like customer satisfaction is not a priority here. Would not come again here to do business. There was a mistake in my bill, which I understand. However, after sending multiple emails/calls over the past week, only part of the mistake was corrected.

Your (phone) confirmation customer service agents are the worst i have ever had to deal with!!! Equipment,location,time and service rep's were not at all helpful! Nothing on our reservation was correct! By our own luck and driving to this location we were able to find some other equipment for our needs!! Nobody from uhaul helped us and i will never recommend using them again!!

Tell me that my pick up time might be in the afternoon before I order. I was expecting morning pick up and had to change all of my moving plans. I was not happy.

It wasn't really clear what I should do when I dropped off the truck after hours. A sign said "wait here" which I did but nothing happened until another customer came and showed me the drop box.

30$ to refill the the gas is a little steep. I was in an area I was not familiar with, it was dark, and I have only used about 1/8 of the tank, and I got hit with a 37$ fee for not refilling the tank to 7/8 full

Don't be so deliberate to tell them that they are the lowest priority around? It's like U Haul goes out of its way to make sure you know that you can drive their trucks, but along with paying for it you should know that you are an untrustworthy individual and that you can't follow instructions, so they're granting you a huge boon. Terrible customer service, though it's sort of what everyone expects from U Haul already, I guess.

The woman who helped at the counter and the guy(s) on the lot were great. Jim, who seemed to be the most senior person at the location was not helpful, not friendly, and overall a terrible ambassador for the brand. When I asked about rules street parking, he said "look at the signs", etc.
