Overall I am very satisfied with the vehicle and the service from the staff. One thing about the location- the traffic light at the lot exit and Main street does not seem to ever turn green to turn left from the lot.

Customer service was lacking. I don't expect a song and dance routine from this sort of business transaction, but at just put some what friendly people out front to deal with customers. I'm hard of hearing, so I didn't hear the return associate trying to get my attention. He then snapped at me in response, followed by something muttered under his breath. I should have been paying more attention, but such blatant rudeness was uncalled for.

Seemed to have a lack of help at the actual counter. Staff was very friendly, but both times I was in there was a large amount of people who had to wait to be taken care of. One time, approx. 5 minutes went by before anyone even showed up to the counter from the back.

Have more UHaul's available, had to wait an hour for the wrong vehicle and when I requested additional time with the truck I was denied even though they wasted my time by not having my requested truck.

OMG! Exceptional customer service, approachable, professional staff and accomodating. I was in a jam at the hour and Walter made everything possible. There was another worker there that help me in the beginning of my rental who was instrumental with my payment options (psst...i only did 20 miles..still an ecen number...lol). Overall, great service and im very pleased!

More staff would be nice....and having the trailer that i was promised would have helped too... i wasted so much gas towing this heavy box trailer. I ordered the sport. And didnt find out i wasnt getting it untill it was hooked up.

I made a reservation online on Aug 15th for a 6x12 cargo trailer on Saturday Aug 23. I called the location to confirm the reservation and change the time to 7am which is when I needed this trailer. This location was 45 minutes from my home but they had the trailer that I needed. I got a TEXT the on Aug 22 stating that my reservation had been changed to 5:30pm on the 23rd. Since the store that I was picking items up from closes at 5 AND is 4 hours away guess I was screwed. I called the 800 reservation 800 to try to correct this issue. I spoke with someone named Chris who was totally UN empathic or sympathetic to my panicked state of now not being able to pick up my furniture. He offered my a substitution at 9am of an open trailer. This did not meet my time needs nor my need for an enclosed trailer. And to make matters worse when I asked for a confirmation of the new plans I was hung up on. Another call back to your 800 yielded the confirmation that I was looking for but no solution to my original reservation. All of this while I am trying to work a 12 hour shift as an RN with patients to take care of. My final call was made to the 800 on my way home from work to again try to find solution to my problem. Finally I was told that the trailer size and time I needed was available, but at a different location. The staff at the Buffalo location where wonderful and we were on our way in a short period of time. This was the only pleasant experience I had with uhaul during this time. When I make a reservation I expect the item that I need to be available. If it is not I expect uhaul to correct the problem not me by making multiple phone calls to you while I am at work. I also don't expect a TEXT telling me of the problem. That was worthy of a phone call from someone and certainly an apology from someone. Neither of those things happened. I will think twice about renting anything from uhaul in the future. You know the saying have a bad experience and the customer will tell a minimum of 10 people about it. I know a whole lot more than 10 people.

The manager Walter and the associate Alejandro (I think he goes by Alex but I forgot to write down his name) were both very helpful when I was returning my truck on Sunday. I had some unfortunate circumstances with my trip that caused some issues for me and they were extremely understanding, turning a potentially bad day into a very positive experience. The associate who inspected the truck also provided a positive experience as well. Walter is running a great operation and its obvious he has his team running at the top of their game. I will be sure to utilize that location for an upcoming move that I am planning. Thank you.

All of the staff at the local locations were excellent , professional, and had great customer service. However, the one call service worker that I spoke with on Tuesday morning was VERY Rude & her customer service skills were none. I would not want to deal with her again.

Drove 8 miles, put a gallon of gas in and they tried to charge me for another 3 gallons. The guy told me the trucks get 2 miles to the gallon. I laughed and left.

I rented a dolly with the van, the counter clerk was aware of this as he wrote up the bill including it, but when I arrived at the site of my move I discovered that the dolly was nowhere to be found. This necessitated a trip back to the store to get it. Checking the vehicle to insure all included equipment is present seems like a good idea to me.

Had a GREAT experience - everyone was very polite and helpful and the equipment was exactly what I reserved. I made my reservation less than 4 hours before I needed the truck - maybe I was just very lucky, but I was thrilled to get what I needed! Thanks so much
