I was surprised and very annoyed by the cart and bag of blankets that were attached inside the truck. I had told the guy I didn't want them and feel he should have taken them out. They were in my way and I had to work around them the whole time I was loading the truck and made my job more difficult.

The two young men who checked us out were so pleasant, and the two young women who checked us in were also very nice. Keep hiring such pleasant staff! Moving is always difficult, but we give our thanks to them for making a stressful day a little easier.

Don't run appointment times so close. If I'm scheduled to pick up at 6:45, then previous customer should have returned at least 15 minutes before my pickup time. The previous customer who had my equipment was supposed to return at 6:45, and was late. I just think, a 15 minute time gap would be suffice, for check in, and a clean wipe down of stearing wheel. I ended up waiting around with my family in the car waiting for me to get the truck keys. Sanitary wipes would also be nice for customers to use if staff aren't going to wipe down steering wheel.

I was on the phone for five minutes before I was told there were no open trailers available in central floridA
Really on a Monday morning ?
The second time I called I was on for another five mins before I found out where there was 1 available
Customer questions should be answered when they are asked and to the fullest ability of the representative not in the way that serves your company best
When I got to the site where I was told there was 1 available I found several
Phen helped me and was thorough and professional.
Without fail every time I have spoken with someone at the call center I have been unhappy

The only thing is possibly less wait time in-line to get to the counter, but I completely understand that you cannot control non resvation walk-ins with a lot of general questions, which is what occurred with me. The customer service rep at the counter was awesome, comprehensive, and very curtious and exceptional at his job.

I rented a storage in Longwood, and dropped off in Castleberry, and at each location everyone was very attentive and helpful. Since I am moving to the Lake Mary area, I even asked if U-Haul was hiring. I will further explore your website. Thank you for a wonderful move experiece!

Debra took my reservation over the phone and was very helpful. (courteous, too - great customer service!)
Reno was courteous & efficient as he fulfilled our reservation at the store. We will definitely use this location for any future moves & will recommend.
