Clerk did not explain i would be changed for every mile. I was charged $271.00 dollars more than quoted, cause a shortage in my funds to live off, if i had knew before I woud not have rented this $29.95 turned into $420.00 cause I did fill tank $70.00 70.00 orginal quote then the additional $271.00 = $420.00 for a $29.95 start. Would not recommend for any one. You start our in good faith, then get slammed for extra changes that are way out of order. Not a good way to do business.

equipment was in serious need of maintenance. No one knew how the equipment worked and it was not attached correctly as the hitvh was not locked onto the ball. Equipment ordered was not available.

The employees did not know if they were east or west of the major highway...I called twice and received the wrong answer twice which made my return much more difficult.

The person working there look poorly trained, didn't quite knew her job, couldn't answer questions and the place was full of cigarrete smoke and had to wait a long time to process my drop aff.
