Only one person was on duty at time of pickup and he was also handling drive thru customers. No walk through with vehicle and it was covered with bugs from previous user. Had to spend 15-20 minutes cleaning windshield, windows, outside mirrors and headlights to be able to drive safely. Gentleman was very courteous and appologetic.

I called Uhaul for storage rental. The girl on the phone was NOT helpful. After 1/2 hour on the phone she still was NOT helpful. She would not help us with the one month free storage. She had multiple excuses. I asked her to have her manager call me. NO CALL. We ended up getting our own storage unit at $112.00. We have rented two trucks from Uhaul this month. The trucks and service was wonderful. The girl with Uhaul that ?? Helps ?? With the storage units is not trained, is poor with customer service, and NOT what I would expect from Uhaul.
