The truck was in very bad shape having done 179000 miles. Every bump in the road the dash bounced up and down and it looked like it was going to bounce of, Steering was sloppy and it felt like a very old truck. The staff were excellent and it was well run

i ask if i can return the truck in Arcadia because that was the closes to Monrovia i was ask if i can return it to Rosemonde and i told them as log as i don't have to pay for the extra mileage i was told no problem but i was charge for the extra mileage that is not fair that was so far it is not even funny

The employee who installed my trailer did not properly install it. It came off when after the items was loaded and I drove away. The trailer hitch shot up into the back of my car. I told the manager on site and just said that he was going to talk to the guy. No offer for any compensation and had no concern that the trailer had shot up and scratched the back of my car. I didn't want to push any sort of compensation or credit for what happened to see what the customer service would be. using Uhaul a decent amount of times in the past this is not sitting good with me.

However, I left a Garmin navigation device on the dashboard of the truck, called the location to recover and never received a call back. I would appreciate the return of the device. the AC WAS NOT WORKING at all. I informed the rep that it wasn't working, before I drove off the lot. he said "it just started, it will kick in a bit". it never kicked in, before, during the 2-way 3-hr drive, or even after. does the uhaul staff care even the slightest for their customers? they shld try driving their trucks at random so they can understand what customers have to experience with their poorly-maintained units.

I received the trailer with minor dirt in it which I noticed when I got home. Upon pick up of the trailer, the rep told me to clean the trailer before returning it. I returned it after hours and called the next day to confirm receipt of the trailer and that the ticket was closed with no problem. It would be nice to receive an e-mail after return of rental indicating that equipment is returned and received.

The drop was much better than the pick up. The individual that helped check in the truck was a bit short and curt and could have been a bit more friendly but otherwise I liked the iPhone check-in. It was quick and efficient. Just like I would have expected the check-out process to have been. I've rented from you before and probably will in the future because you have what I need when I need to move something but I will be doing my homework better next time between your competitors.

Worst moving experience ever.. Reserved truck and trailer on line 4 days early. They text me the night before that they dont have the size of truck that I needed and I cant have the smaller truck till the end of the day. I had planned to pack up first thing in the morning and drive all day to our new home . Instead I had to drive 100 miles to pick up a trailer so I could fit all our stuff. Arrived a day late. I had to pay the gas for that extra 100 miles. If you dont have something tell the people that day so they can make other arrangements. Not the night before. I will never use U-haul again and I will tell as many people that I can to also not use U-haul. I paid over $ 800.00 for truck rental and $ 200.00 in gas. Never again..

I had arranged to be back at the location by 7AM, but unusual weather delayed my return. I called the facility at 7:00 am exactly and informed of this and they then charged my credit card for the additional time. Subsequently, I was called several times by someone at the facility, leaving me a message in a quite rude tone telling me that I was late in returning the vehicle and inquiring as to where I was. When I returned the vehicle to the location a few hours later I was charged again for the amount of the additional time. As of right now, I have no idea how much I was charged for the rental in total, but it was more than I was quoted.

I would suggest that you show each customer how the keys works instead of just turning the truck on. Also, make sure that you give the key to the customer for the back of the truck to the customer. Also, when picking up the truck and returning the truck there was not a lot of customer service people to handle the amount of customers that came into this location and I would suggest that there be at least two managers on duty. When I returned the truck I had to wait almost 30 minutes to speak with the manager, because he had to get trucks for other customers, and had there be enough employees in front he would not have had to do this.
