Have rented from here on several occasions and all was good. BUT, NOT THIS TIME. First, "Gary" was probably one of the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with ever. He informed me that he would not have been able to help me if his wife would not have been there. I had a confirmed 8:30 pick up time, yet there was "not enough help there" on a normal Sunday until 9 AM. I was "lucky" his wife was there to "watch the store so they wouldn't get robbed blind". Secondly, the truck lucked as if it had been used to go four wheeling, tires covered in mud and mud splattered over the truck. The cab had not been swept out and mud all over the floor. I overlooked it as I was in a hurry to get things going. I gassed up the truck, $75 worth. ( why are they not filled when you pick them up ??) However, a mile or two down the road, the speed limiit up to 55 and the truck starts shaking almost uncontrolably. The steering wheel was shaking, not vibrating, shaking and the empty passenger seat, seat back looked as if it was having convultions. That's how bad it shook. I returned the truck for another one. "Gary" was on the phone when I arrived and after hearing my issue, stated "it's gonna be one of those days" to the person on the other side. ( which I think, but not sure, was the owner ) While he was able to get me another truck, he had no clue how to refund my gas money that I had put in the first truck. He called the 800 # to uhaul and was put on endless hold. After an additional 20 mins had passed without solution, I interrupted his call. I suggested that perhaps maybe he could simply get another truck that was actually full with gas to start with and mark it as 1/4 full like the first truck I had picked up. His response was " oh, yeah, I can do that. Several years of doing this and I never had to do this." Really??? So, I, not your representative, was the person that had to fix your issue.
For this visit, I rate my experience an F, not good on any level. However, my past experience with this outlet has been good. This move was a one way move, I can't imagine that I will have a need to ever use this facility again, but doubt that I would again if I were local. Would rather drive further to get service than deal with Gary's unprofessionalism.

The store where we picked it up was dirty ond unkept, the men working there were rude and the service was poor. We have rented before and this is the first time that we go a newer truck.

This is the best location I rented from I don't care where I relocate to I will always give and do my business at this location. They all have excellent customer service and Greg is always there to help very nice guy and the others in the store as well they deserve a big recommendation of excellent customer service.

truck was dirty inside the cab in inside the storage box. truck had a bad battery that needed to be replaced. had to call a friend and get jumped. was stranded at the store at my storage unit
