I wish we had more help correcting our paperwork issues. Also the phone calls during my travels were very annoying and after all the issue we had with paperwork matching our truck and the half tank of fuel to start with made it very difficult for me to be helpful.

I requested the 10' truck but was not told it did not have a ramp going into the back of the truck which made our moving experience quite unpleasant (more than normal). Had I been told that upon ordering, I would have gone with the next size up. We all have bad backs so that ramp would have helped immensely. One other thing...the bag of moving cloths took up quite a bit of "moving" room which was annoying. Other than that, all was AOK

When I dropped off the vehicle there where other trucks in the way of the drop off area but it was just a minor thing and no big deal. Just saying it was like almost a maze.

I reserved the equipment on line and also completed the on line check out. It was great and easy to complete. I was in and out during the equipment pick up process in just a couple of minutes.

They had the trailer I needed, got me taken care of speedily, and had me out the door in about a half-hour. The staff was professional and friendly and my experience was good.
The drop-off experience was just as good. An agent met me at the drive, handled my check-in, and sent me on my way in less than 15 minutes. Perfect!

The movers that I hired through the U-haul website were delayed and ended making me late in getting the rental truck back. I was charged a full day for two hours. I feel this is a bad policy.

It was inconvenient to drive to Carson City to get the trailer when we have 3 Uhaul rental places here in Gardnerville. Then I was charged an extra day for delivering the trailer 15 - 30 minutes late. After calling to complain the additional day charge was removed. I think when people have to drive the extra distance to accommodate Uhaul we should have a little lead way on return times.

Your Carson City location needs to listen to their clients and not be in such a rush. When I made reservations on the phone, the man at the desk was not listening to me when I said I had to drive the U-Haul back to Dayton to pick up my load then go back through Carson City to get to Reno and then bring stuff back from Reno. He shorted me on the mileage and the lady in Dayton was very understanding and realized what happened. I recommend her for very high quality of service.

Derek S the manager needs to be retrained or fired. He rented me a trailer with a bad break then blamed,the road side repair people, Uhaul service, Uhaul road side assistance - he was condescending and almost got his butt kicked.
I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate Uhaul.
