I had initially tried to ensure that I would have the same size storage unit that I attempted to book via online reservations .. with the pick up location. PIckup location said that they don't book destination reservations .. and of course when I got to drop off location .. there were no storage units even close to the size listed when I tried to book online. .. if it is offered online, it shoudl be able to process in ANY store

Check the mirrors on the trucks more closely as the truck I had had a mirror that would be looking at the ground, just behind the cab door, within 3 miles of the time I adjusted it. Thankfully, it was the passenger side but did make for challenges when changing lanes and backing up.

The person who rented me the trailor and the person who checked me out the next morning did an excellent job. They were both very professional, no mistakes, worked quickly, and gave good instruction. Great customer service.

Tail light stopped working after day 1, trailer was not the one I reserved, and I was charged $20 more than quoted online. When I told the desk attendant about all these problems and asked for my $50 reservation guarantee returned he ignored me and charged my card the $136 instead of the $109 I was quoted online. This is all after arguing with him that we had picked up the trailer at his location. Then I had to wait for him to grab a cigarette to smoke while he unhooked the trailer. Please contact me about refunding part or all of my money if you want my business again.

The gentlemen that hooked up the trailer referred to my grandpa as "pops." When I first come in to pick up the trailer I got a lecture about being late. I had already called ahead letting them know that I would be do to the fact I had my truck in the shop. The lady at the desk then stated that I was too young to be driving. Thinking she was joking I laughed but she did not and stared me down. If I was not moving that afternoon I would have walked out. I will never use this location again. Nor will anyone in my family I.E. my grandparents a.k.a "pops." This experience has turned me off to U-Haul to the point I may never rent from this company again.

Never expected this renting experience would be as good as it got. These folks here are just awesome. Just they offered list of all the services they had. But I just wanted the pickup truck to move some household items and no dolly or pads etc..was a quick move. I would love to rent again from cedar park location.

You need to hire more people like Glenda she was awesome. The first woman that helped us (old white woman bad attitude) was horrible and we nearly left but Glenda took over and won back our business. Give that girl a raise and a promotion.

I feel for Jason, who was stuck working alone during this shift, but there were two people working when I arrived, and the line was already 4 people long. and then the second person just left. Jason kept smiling and trying to keep everyone up to date on what was going on and trying to be nice, but he was working alone. It took me an hour to pick up my van rental that I had reserved a head of time, and there were no more tie downs in teh store when I picked it up like was promised to me. This was far and away teh WORST experience i have ever had at a uhaul. It then took me another hour to DROP OFF my vehicle at the end of the day! When it is a saturday afternoon, there should DEFINITELY be more than one person working all day. Again, Jason was the only good part about this experience as he kept smiling and trying to reassure everyone, but he was on his own. I dont think I would ever return to this location until this gets fixed. Jason should be commended for dealing with the high stress and tensions in the room. please find him some help and make sure the people show up to their shifts and dont LEAVE in the middle of a huge rush for no reason! I stood outside the door for fifteen minutes after my appt time because the person on duty locked the door and went somewhere. There was an IT guy in the office but he would not help in any way I'm on the phone outside the door with cyst service but they couldn't get the IT guy to help. He actually said he did not have a key to open it (a key was not needed, and he lied about seeing me and another customer waiting at the door. Poor employee training if you ask me

First off I will never use U-Boxes again. Way to small to move a entire house. Also the computer system at both the Vancouver WA location and Cedar Park TX location has many flaws per both managers at both locations. When you call it goes to a service center and all they do is tell you yes and do not inform the location that you are arriving so they have no idea. Brian Ross at the Cedar Park TX location was very helpful and went above and beyond his duties to help me. Same as Brett Grover at the Vancouver WA location. When we arrived at both locations they had no idea we were even showing up because we were told by the service center to go pick them up but servuce center did not inform the locations we were arriving. The entire U-Hual U-Box experience was a complete nightmare except for the 2 managers at both locations. I will never use U-Hual again and will probably hire a moving co or go to Penske which I should have done in the first place. Live and learn I guess. U-Hual you need to fix your computer problems and also fix the U-Box confussion. Needless to say we did receive all 8 U-Boxes with everything in its place. Again and I stress U-Hual you SUCK and I would like a refund!!!!!

Parking lot is so small and difficult to get in an out. This is our second time renting at this location and both times were a challenge. The checkout and check-in process is extremely time consuming and not customer friendly at all. Rental car agencies have figure this out...U-Haul should look at how the best in car rental industry do it. Simple transactions take much to long. Between employees not knowing how to work the computer and the process it is a very poor customer experience. We will avoid this location in the future if possible. Good luck, hope you can make improvements to your process and customer experience.

I booked with Cedar Park, although there was a closer U-haul, because the website said they had Rug Doctors for rent. They then called about 2 weeks before my move to tell me they'd cancelled that order because the do not in point of fact have Rug Doctors... While on the phone with them, I confirmed that I still had my 17' truck for that day. They said I did. Then, when I arrive on moving day, I am told they do not have a truck for me because one wasn't assigned. I was given a truck as a walk-in customer instead, despite the online deal I had previously booked under... THEN, I was called in the middle of my moving day being asked why I had not come to pick up my truck at the Jollyville location... I never booked a truck at the Jollyville location. When I called back to find out what was going on, I was given the wrong phone number for the Jollyville location... I finally asked if that customer service agent would please just cancel the incorrect Jollyville truck order. Never had this much trouble from U-haul before. Having said all that, Bryan at Cedar Park was great.

I would recommend this location. We had a reservation and were running 45 minutes behind schedule. They called to confirm that we still needed the truck. We appreciated that! They could have just given our truck away to someone else but they didn't. Thanks!

If you live in Cedar Park (near Parmer Ln, 1431, Lakeline Mall) this is a great location. I would recommend this location!
