Have more trucks to choose from. I needed a 26 foot truck, and had to rent a 17 foot truck. The closest large truck was 45 minutes from where I am, which of course adds mileage, and subsequently $.
Owner/operator was very friendly. I would rent from him again, if he has what I need.

The guy was extremely accomodating and he personally took the trailer off the hitch from my truck. Every other dealer I've used only helps if you ask

The location was fine, but your customer service by phone (800-468-4285) is the worst I've ever encountered. Incompetent, unorganized, uncommitted and disinterested are words that came to mind as I was disconnected, hung up on, transferred to others, etc. for 30 minutes. I will not do business with U-Haul online or by phone again. This is my third bad experience in a row with the U-Haul network, after 32 years of brand loyalty. I'm done.

I moved from Swansboro to havelock and my rental originally got moved to Jacksonville which would have added 30 miles to my bill without my original agreement. The communication from uhaul was unsatisfactory and definitely needs work. The Jacksonville location when called had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The shellfish location "Ed" is the only one who restored my faith in the service of uhaul. There is very little afforded to the local dealer in regards to price compensation to supplement the horrible service I received on the date of my truck pickup.
