The staff at this location are very professional. There was on gentleman there working customer service alone while his supervisor left to go to the bank. He was absolutely great!!! Unfortunately I can't remember his name. He is an African American (light complexion with braids in his hair). His comustomer service skills and interpersonal skill were outstanding. He worked very well under pressure. He had at least four customers in line to pick up rentals while he was alone. He not only took care of each one of them proficiently and personally but he also acknowledge each customer as they got in line and let them know that he would be with them shortly. I was very impressed with the way he maintained his professionalism under pressure. Keep this young man around, he represents your company well. Although i can't remem his name I won't forget my customer service experience. I do believe his name started with a T and he was there at 9:00 on January 22, 2015.

If there is anything that does need tobe thrown away not charge $150 to do so. We had to drive all over town to find a place for the matrress to be thrwon away.

I made a reservation for a 9' cargo van on U-Haul's website. In short succession I received a confirmation by text, a phone call from this location, as well as an email with a copy of my contract. Very efficient service. The van was clean and ready for me right on time.

Too much paperwork after spending way too long on the phone reserving the equipment. When arriving no one had the information. Non consistent with the last time I rented as you started to nickel and dime me. Matter of fact if adjustments are not made to this order I will dispute the entire charge. Adding things on to the rental I did not agree to. Will not return to this location and will not rent again. Customer service is lacking and with a lousy attitude.Employees should be brought back to a training program and taught what customer service is and who is the customer is. The guy who runs this location is incredibly arrogant and is not worth my time.

Dajon Burks, General Manager, went above and beyond accommodating when I requested a day early pick-up, then a larger truck on-the-spot. He did everything within his realm to help unexpected circumstances with my move. He was helpful and courteous. The truck was well maintained and clean. Would highly recommend this location.

interior smelled strongly from the onions someone dumped on the floor. It had been cleaned some but not enough. Otherwise everything was very good. Including the phone call from Dajon to come at a slightly later time to avoid a crowd. That was some proactive thinking.

I rented a Uhal to move an appliance. I only needed the truck for about 1-2 hours. After using the truck I returned the truck and parked it (after they closed) where I was instructed to leave it and drop the key through the hole where instructed. The next afternoon I got a call from one of your employee's asking me where was the truck and when was I returning it!!! Of course I went into a panic! I then told the employee I returned the truck last night. He then goes into how they didnt see the truck when they opened this morning. Of course I'm then think oh my God the truck has been stolen! He then tells me, that he is going to go look for the truck and sees if he can FIND IT!! My heart dropped. He later calls me back at work and tells me they found the truck....someone moved it and forgot to check it in. That was a bit much for me!

The clerk at the desk had a bad attitude in the morning. he made me feel like I was bothering him for coming to rent a truck. A really bad person running the desk in the morning. The guy who checked me in was the total opposite. He thanked me for my business and asked me did I have any issues. Not earth shattering but he made me feel like he did care that my move went well, Great customer service.

The employees were polite but my main problem was with the truck. I was supposed to pick up the truck at 9am but was informed that it would not be there until after 12:30pm because the previous customer had not turned it in yet. I had to change plans with the movers that were meeting me at 9am. I arrived at 12:30pm and the truck that I was to take would not start. They did not have a back up battery so I had to go to another location to pick up a truck. I drove there and their truck's headlight was out. Finally the 3rd truck was usable. I drove back to the original location to hook up the trailer I rented. I drove only about 2 miles and noticed sparks coming from the rear of the trailer. I stopped and saw that the trailer tire was destroyed and the sparks were coming from the rim riding on the road. The tire was probably damaged before I hooked up the trailer because I had only driven about 2 miles and my impression now of U-Hauls maintenance not being what it should be. I called the roadside assistance ph. number and was told that a repair truck would be there in 1 hour. It actually took 2.5 hours to arrive. Instead of arriving in S.C. at 2pm, I finally arrived at 10:30pm due to the many delays and was not able to unpack until the next day.

Please understand that acknowledging a guest goes a long way. I walked in for a moment and stood there while the gentleman continued to work on the computer on the far end of the counter. Never once greeted me, the lady came in and was, obviously in a hurried state, so she tried her best to expedite the rental. Upon return, same man sitting at the end of the counter, this time, I asked if he was going to assist, to which he said there was someone outside. Hmmm, had I saw someone outside, I would have never proceeded inside. Gentleman processing the return was most friendly. Appeared to show concerns with regards to my comments about the truck having a difficult time starting. That is all.

The manager was very rude when he called to confirm the reservation. Very uncooperative concerning the pickup time.
