Got a truck in no time!!! Quick service. The air conditioner took a 3-4 minutes to come on, each time I started the truck. The outside temperature was in the high 80's and very muggy.

They were unable to fine me in the system when I was dropping off. but I was told that it would be ok that they would take care of it. This never happen due to me getting a email a few weeks later saying that it was never dropped off.

Thanks for asking: 1. I ordered the truck over the phone. That went well. The day before I got a follow up call to confirm the pick up time. I moved the time from 10:30 AM until between noon and 2PM. 2. I got there at 1PM. The guy at the store I thought mumbled and was generally not very informative or helpful. 3. When he finished the order, he sent me out to the lot and said " it would be the first truck in lanes A, B, C or D". I found one truck in those lanes. It was not my truck. So, I had to go back inside and interupt the guy to go find my truck when he had 5 other people in line. 4. On Sunday I was to drop the truck off in Knoxville. So I called the place first only to find out they are not opened on the weekend. It would of been nice to know in advance that they were closed becuase I called uhaul again to make sure they had a key drop box. It didn't want to drive all the way there and find out I couldn't leave it. 5. The biggest issue I have with the whole rental process was that the truck was not full of gas. I feel like the only reason not to give me a truck full is that you want to rip me off. It is nearly impossible for me to gestimate how much gas to put in the truck when refilling. If you really wanted to help you could at least tell me how many gallons the tank holds. So I refilled it as best as I could. So of course I missed it a little. So I guess you will be charging me for a gallon or two of gas (probably at a very high rate). Robert

The service was awful. Upon picking up the truck, I was notified that the reservation was only for just over 12 hours. When I booked the truck, I assumed I would get it for the full 24 hours as has always been the case during my past experience when renting a U-Haul. The person working the desk was not helpful and nor pleasant when addressing my confusion and concerns. She just said, its due back at this time, we have it booked for another pick-up and that was it. She wouldn't answer any further questions. The truck was very old and barely started after cranking the engine for nearly 10 seconds each time. I am completely unsatisfied by this experience.

It would be good customer service to give credit for gasoline in the tank over the amount that was in the truck at pickup. You certainly would charge me for gasoline if there was less!

We did not receive any confirmation phone calls or emails the day before our Uhaul pickup. I had to call to confirm information and at that point found out our pickup time had been moved back 2 hours. Other than that, our experience at the Uhaul location was excellent.

When we picked up the truck, the employees at the register were very unprofessional and rude, especially Patty/Patsy. I have already addressed this with corporate. Also,the truck was not filled up with gas, it was blocked in so we had to wait for other trucks to be moved before we could leave with it and there was glass in the back of it when we opened the door.

More counter help would make it much nicer. One guy was on the phone the whole time I was there (and there were people in front of me). One woman was helping someone and disappeared for a while (she could have still be working with the same customer). The young guy was taking care of everyone else. Very nice and helpful with getting us out quickly once we got to the desk.

The staff was very helpful- one even offered to help me arrange a ride home. The only problem I had at all was the driver's side visor was broken and kept falling into my line of sight.Found a way around it, eventually.

I have had challenges with some services at this location. Someone should help better prepare the front desk service to be more familiar with the operations of U-Haul so they can provide accurate information to their clients. Recent rental was an example. Was told one thing and when I did my pick up in Murfreesboro learned it wasn't the case.

I think improving the customer service experience at this location would be to terminate the employment of Matthew Castelow! From the very start his attitude was surly and matter of fact. I came in to reserve a trailer at the price I agreed upon online. He gave me a much higher price that generated from the computer. When I questioned the price, he suggested I provide him with an email confirmation of the online reservation with price I stated that I was quoted. Meanwhile, he started and stopped the transaction every few moments to help others in the store while there were at least two other employees available to do this. I left the store went home to retrieve the confirmation email. I ran home came back and then showed him the email and he proceeded to tell me that it was going to be the same price as I was quoted before. When I objected and protested about the price he basically told me that he could refuse my service at anytime. A tone that he had not taken with any of the other customers in the store. Which leads me to believe that I was discriminated based on my race. When I continued to press about the price he kicked me out of the store. This is not something I have ever experienced in my life! I feel this was completely disrespectful and the worst customer service experience ever. When I came back home after being kicked out of the store for asking for the price I was given online. I proceeded to contact Uhaul again to make reservations to pick up the trailer at another store and my reservation and record of my online contact had been cancelled. I will continue to make negative reviews about this store location and Matthew Castelow until I receive a call from Uhaul with some resolution to this horrible experience. My next visits online will be Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, BBB , etc.

I have moved several times over the years. These folks are always friendly and helpful. The equipment is clean asernd ready as promised. Now there is an online resevation service! No more waiting for someone to answer the phone. This location is the best around town...no contest.
