We ordered a dolly for our move and it was not in the truck like the gentleman we dealt with said it was. I'd suggest double checking when the customer is present to make sure everything they ordered is in tack. Also, their should be better signage for where trucks should be parked and where cars should go. It was very confusing getting out of the parking lot.

Meet your commitments. Placed an accepted order for a 9am pickup got told last minute I couldn't get it until 11 at another location. Finally was able to get it at 10 at the original location. Ridiculous customer service. You should be embarrassed.

To improve the experience for your next customers, make sure the Uhaul truck is in proper working order before renting. When we picked the Uhaul, the gentleman drove the truck to the front of the building for us, hopped out, and pointed to the direction of the exit and walked back inside - no walk around inspection for previously reported damages, nor mechanical inspection for road worthiness. There was no pre-trip inspection of any sort with us as the customers, something you would think should be standard operating procedure for any rental company. Shortly after we picked up our rental at noon on Wednesday, we drove a total of about 30 miles before realizing that something was amiss in the engine, causing the Uhaul truck to go into limp mode multiple times before ever leaving town. After the first time (around 7 that evening), before anything was loaded, we called roadside assistance, who sent a repair man to our apartment to look at the truck. They reset the code so the check engine light went off, assured us that everything was fine. We proceeded to load our three bedroom apartment into the truck, safely securing everything over the course of an 8 hour period. We had to stop by the furniture store to pick up our new living room set before our attempted drive to South Carolina - when we pulled out of the apartment complex we made it a mere 5 miles down the road before the truck went into limp mode AGAIN. We called roadside assistance again, and waited for another repair man to arrive to our broke-down location (in 95 degree weather) for over 2 hours, although we were quoted an arrive time of 60 minutes. That repair man could not fix the problem. He informed us that when the trucks did "this sort of thing" after the codes were reset, sometimes the light could come back on in 5 miles, sometimes they could go 500 without another incident. He said it was our decision as to what we wanted to do. At this point, it was clear we were rented a vehicle that was not road worthy. So, who can fix the truck? Is there another truck of this size available for rental? And even if there was, what were we to do - allow someone else to load all our valuables into another truck, or to try to do that 8 hours of work again?? We called back roadside assistance, and I finally was connected with a woman named Catherine who arranged for us to be put up in a hotel room in town, right down the road from the main Uhaul center were they fix the trucks with issues. The next morning, we drove the truck to the center and they found the problem (the throttle body wiring harness), replaced it for us, and sent us on our way with the vehicle performing the way it should have in the first place. Mind you, as with most times when moving, we were on a very tight schedule as far as time constraints are concerned. We had to be in South Carolina by 5pm on Friday at the latest to pick up keys for our rental property or we would have not had a place to stay until Monday. When

The customer service at this location is subpar that is the nicest thing I have to say about this Place. I don't know how the owner of the location let these workers run amuck. The general manger at this location should be fired immediately the wY he interact with customers is not good for business. I don't want to keep going on a tangent this is bringing back to many bad memories with these people. If I were you and however reads this stay away from this location and there staff. I am a veteran been around the whole world twice and never had people treat me as bad as this.

This ranks among the worst in customer service I have ever experienced. After using this center I can unfortunately say that some of the staff at this location need customer service training immediately. They are rude, unhelpful, disrespectful and are a real deterrent to a return usage of this center. Answers I were given include, "not my problem" with a literal hang-up. If this center is indicative of how U-Haul treats customers I will NOT be using this company again.

Awesome customer service, my internet order was messed up, but tall white man with tattoo and long hair was very courteous and professional. Will definitely be returning to Greenbrier UHaul if I ever need to!
