This is the best U-Haul location in town the workers are very polite and treat customers with respect. I have been using this location for more than 15yrs I will strongly recommend it to anybody

Very disappointed in that reservations for 3 o'clock I'm by 4pm the truck still wasn't there I think that the previous customer should be charged $50 and new customer would be get a credit of half of their rental fee and I understand people run behind but they are aware of reservations when they pick up their that is due back at a certain time because of new reservations they are already allow of extra 15 minutes get it back and if not at that point I really believe that I and other customers that waitl hour or more should be given half-price for our rental

While the gentleman that handled the processing of my rental was extremely nice and went above and beyond my expections, the other clerk that was on duty during the same shift was extremly rude and lacked serious customer service skills to the point that she almost casued me to lose my rental if not for the gentleman that was taking care of me.

they were extremely concerned for the aesthetics of a that has seen better days rather than its performance Upon picking the 14' truck, we checked the exterior of the truck which had quite a bit of dents. The ticket I was given stated that the gas tank was full but when I checked it , I pointed out to the attendant that it wasn't. So, he marked 15/16. The issue was that the needles never wavered. So, when I went to replace the fuel , the needle never moved. So, I ended up filling until it spilled over and the needle still did't move. What is upsetting is that I put in 7.8 gallons of gas and only went 13 miles. How could that be? I mentioned it to the attendant and advised him that most likely the gauge is faulty and the tank didn't have the 15/16 upon pick up. He just shrugged and so did the person I checked out with , To me, this is an indication of poor customer service and definitely look elsewhere when I will need a one way rental in two months.

The people are rude and play on their phones while you take to them. They are uncaring and they always have problems with your reservation. The trucks are either broken or not there. Awful experiences the last couple times using UHAUL and I can say I will never use their service again.

The employee who checked me in was very rude. She told me to read the stuff if I asked her some doubt. She also did not provided me with the rental furniture dolly and was acting as if she did an obligation by renting me the u haul. The overall experience was below a rental company in a third world country.

Before I dropped off the truck, the Broadway location let me reserve an 8x6 storage unit, but when I got there to check it out, it was located in a back corner and SUBSTANTIALLY smaller than advertised. (Seriously- it wasn't even a square ((as pictured online)); it was a weird long triangle..) The only other available option was larger than I needed, and I (ONLY because I was in a rush to get the truck returned) signed on for $60 more than I had made the original reservation. The 1st month free deal (and my being in a rush) is why I didn't throw an absolute b****-fit and take my business across the street to Public Storage. Classic bait & switch.. isn't that illegal?

I've used this location before, and it's been great in the past, but this last time they changed my drop off time with little notice, didn't have the furniture dolly I ordered, and instead of giving me a free replacement option, made me pay for a subpar miniature replacement made out of wood. I need more warning before this happens, I was right there when they opened too and they are out of dollies?

Learn what ""Guaranteed" means and either honor that claim or stop making false claims that equipment is guaranteed. Also, I was repeatedly hassled about wanting the truck for more that 4 hours when there were DOZENS of unused trucks at this location. My truck was never "needed by other customers". Your customer service is abysmal. There is a reason people happily pay more to your competitors for the same products and services: it is because they don't treat their customers like dirt.

Rude, unprofessional staff and long wait times. Tried to cancel my reservation because they had mismanaged their vehicles and "other people reserved earlier", despite the fact that I had a confirmation number. When I did finally get a vehicle after arguing with the staff, the check engine light was on.

It was not very clear online when I wanted to reserve the truck that I would only be able to reserve in 4 hour time windows (yet I still had to pay the full rental price of 19.99 per day).

The transmission was going crazy when we had the AC so on, so drove without it which made it a little hot being that it is summer. We were a little worried about that, and told the employee that checked us back in afterward. He seemed unconcerned which I thought a little odd, but it did not break down on us so that is good!

We had rented a dolly, but when we got back to our apartment, we realized it was never put into the van. I would suggest that you please ensure you provide all of the services that customers pay for in the future.

Waited 30 minutes with 2 people in front of me. When I checked in, I was told that I should have gotten a call stating that my reservation wasn't available (I made it a week in advance). They gave me a 10 ft truck that was a show unit, most likely because the driver's seatbelt did not work. Upon returning, they tried to charge me the $30 fee for returning with less than 1/4 tank of gas. I drove 14 miles and the gas was a 15/16 of a tank. Had I not been paying attention, then I would have been swindled out of that extra money. Will not be using this location again.

The customer experience in this location leaves much to be desired. My biggest issue has been the lack of communication between the reservation system on the Uhaul website and the local store. While the store received the reservation information, on multiple occasions, these have either been ignored or changed due to "store policy". On my most recent interaction at this location, I reserved a truck at 10 am for 6 hours. I received a call Sunday, July 20 stating that my reservation had been moved to 7. After calling,instead of explaining, I was transfered to a voicemail. I visited the store location in person later that week only to be told that it was the store policy to only rent from 7-1 and 1-7 on the last weekend of the month. I agreed to the change at this time because I didn't have any other viable options to find another truck at the late date. When I arrived at the store on my move date at 8:30 to pick up my reserved truck, I was told my reservation was about to be cancelled. She hardly looked at me and was very short and not personable. When I had visited the store earlier in the week, I was told I could pick up the truck any time during my reservation, so to be told my reservation could have been cancelled was very frustrating.The associate, Jackeline, seemed annoyed that I was even doing business at the store. She hardly looked at me and was very short when she communicated with me. All in all, I would not recommend this location to anyone because of the unprofessional attitude of the employees.

The staff at this location were much friendlier than any other location I've been to. I think Alexander was the one who helped me. He was very patient and answered all my questions. In the past, I usually feel rushed at Uhaul, so this was a nice change.
