The location itself was close to our moving location and very happy with the number of vehicles from which to choose, however it was very busy at this location and only one experienced employee working. Eventually, some additional help arrived, but a number of people had waited over 30 minutes for equipment.

Waited almost an hour in line to pick up my truck. Got it home and it was half full with previous renters stuff. The clerk tried to make things right but I still started almost 2.5 hours late. Would never rent from this location again.

After waiting and realizing I was displeased, one rep did finally go out of his way to accommodate me. Mind you I showed up initially at noon and this was at 6:30 pm.. There seems to me a general lack of care for customer service.

It's a busy location, and I can understand the wait time to get the equipment, when they first open. But, it shouldn't take 45 minutes to drop off your truck. Vehicle was excellent and staff was knowledgeable and helpful, just under-staffed.

The checkout process was long. Also, before picking up the truck, I received misinformation from 3 different reps. I wanted to utilize the storage facility along with the truck, but the rep was so rude I didn't do it. I even called back and spoke to a supervisor who said he would pull the call and call me back but he never did. I don't plan to use UHAUL again.

The woman who helped us (Lequeen?) was very nice but the red haired young man to whom I returned the truck was rude and argumentative. We rented two 14 foot trucks and for the second one the mileage was wrong and we had to correct that. I spent a lot of time waiting to be helped. The process was very slow even though I had supplied all my information online through your pre-check-in process. Why can't it be like a car rental where you just walk up and pick up the keys? There's no difference that I can see.

The inside wait times were very frustrating. Also, the actual rental was very expensive. It is a bit hypocritical to charge $5 a gallon for returning a truck with less gas than was in it when it was rented, but then simply to ignore an excess of gas in the tank upon its return. It is also very nice for you to both require people to pay for gas AND mileage. Given the very short distance the truck was used for, it would be nice if included in the base rental fee was a minimum free distance (such as 10 or 15 miles). Next time I will be checking out other companies for better pricing.

This location was extremely sketchy and the staff was not very helpful. They seemed like they were just trying to push me out the door without answering my questions regarding billing or how to return the truck. The truck itself was fine, but I felt uncomfortable even leaving my car in the parking lot to go inside for 5 mintues. There were people hanging and sitting on all of the trailers who obviously were not customers or staff. I understand that this location is in a bad area, but it was unacceptable to allow customers to feel unsafe to leave their belongings in the car to go inside to pick up a truck.. And I heard 2 different customers talking amongst themselves of the same thing leaving the facility. The truck filled my needs and expectations entirely, but I will never rent from this location again.

The fender of the transporter broke and hung off about a foot into traffic. After 8 phone calls (rural area, calls dropped) a wonderful woman helped me. I had 3 detours that put me well over my allotted mileage and 1 1/2 hours late for people to help unload my truck. She gave me extra time and extra mileage. The margin of allotted mileage and actual mileage were unreasonable. I thank that woman in Phoenix for talking me down! I was crying alot. Thanks.

I would suggest customer service training starting with the Manager. He was rude on the phone, in person and after my $850 transaction. The truck was not ready, the people who had the keys had what they said was "no clue" where it was. Corporate office in Phoenix set up the who disaster by giving me the wrong information concerning which location, tow dolly size, and hidden costs. I would never do business with this location again. I supervise at a job that has customer service as a priority and I would have corporate make a unannounced stop to make sure they are representing the company adequately. Then I would train, but dismiss those who were resistant. Thank you.

Overall the place was dirty and there was no air conditioning. There was one employee working the cash register as other employees were goofing off and the line of people were out the door. After an hour of waiting the manager finally started working with customers. When it was eventually my turn after 1.5 hours, the manger was rude and seemed bothered that I was picking up a truck. I was paying almost a grand in truck fees and I didn't appreciate it. When I was finally given a truck, it was a 20 foot truck with an auto transport, I had never driven anything that size before and I was given absolutely no instructions on how to drive it. I left feeling scared and frustrated.
