Horrible workers they didnt explain things That I should know. They stole money off my card that I didn't authorize for uhaul to take from. they didn't give me a chance to pay what I owed. They didn't even bother to understand what was going on as to why I dropped my truck off late. No one mentioned that the gas wasn't on the right number until I mentioned them stealing my money. Bottom line full of crap and I will NEVER do business with uhaul again. Next time I move I will invest my money on hiring movers u lost a customer. And I hope y'all lose more.

I dealt with Rolando when I dropped my truck off. He wanted me to drop the car off during buisness without any paperwork. I asked him to come outside and check the mileage (I was under the estimate) and the gas level. When he looked at the gas he claimed I would be charged an additional $50.00 for for gas because it was not where he thought it should be even though we (my spouse and I) put gas in the truck and the level was the same as when we picked it up. He was not only rude but he argued with us. We stood outside and he literally argued with us for 30 minutes before we finally asked to speak with someone else because he was charging to charge us for items that we deemed unfair. We finally dealt with another representative who looked at the gas and agreed the would be no additonal charges. The poor customer service expeirence I had with Rolando will stop me ever using this Uhaul location again. Its unfortunate because I will be needing another truck in 2 months. No one should have to deal with the abusive behavior that I did.

Mr. Harry Huddle Jr. is the nicest man and a great ambassador for UHaul. I felt like family when I walked in the first time and the second time within a few days apart. The customer service was horrible. The general manager was combative when I pointed out a discrepancy with the contract & the pamphlet. It was an awful experience.

Understand and explain, what "hold" is on credit cards. I was told "I would not be charged and the credit amount was just a "hold" and I had the option to pay cash, when I came back to drop the rental off. When I went to pay cash, the General Mgr.. told me "I" must have not entered my PIN and it applied the payment. But, initially when I wanted to put cash down, he said I need a $100.00 cash. I did not have it on me and he stated that, the estimated amount(approx.. $75.00) would be held but not charged to my account and I could pay with cash, when I returned. Never again, will I use U-Haul. I should have broke his jaw, for lying. Also, he stated that they cannot perform multiple payment transactions, per contract. Is that true? If so, U-Haul should understand, that with all the "estimated" charges. People, may need to pay some on the card and the rest cash(person with you etc...) I think this was a lie, as well. While this site did a good job, our overall experience with Uhaul was not good. A series of mistakes caused us to end up here. Harry and his staff did a good job with a very upset customer.

When I arrived it took twenty minutes for the clerk to come outta the back room. Had to call the 800 number to even locate him. Upon return the clerk was eating lunch and couldn't even put his chips down. He also made an error reading the gas and overcharged me and had to get the manager to look and see that he made an error. The manager was on point and very professional but the store clerk could care less upon the vehicles return.

Replace the windshield wipers on that truck. They were old and didn't wipe cleanly with all the Rain Mother Nature dumped on us. Thank you!

The insurance process makes the process distasteful. I have plenty of insurance and was paying with an Amex card and was still made to fear fearful so you could sell a $10 insurance coverage - that still had a deductible. You should rethink this.

Make sure your moving helpers are reputable. The ones I tried to hire wouldn't do the job because it was a nice day and they wanted to go do something else. They said this wasn't the first time they did this. Please take Geer-N-Up Movers off your list of movers. Thanks.
