The sign on the door (small piece of cardboard with "open at 9 am" in sharpie) said the office opened at 9. I waited until 930 and still no one showed up. The inside looked completely disorganized and cluttered. No one answered the phone when we called a little after 9am. Luckily we found the key drop slot in the door and we're keeping our fingers crossed that the return process goes through online. Definitely would not recommend. If you need to drop off equipment in the area, I would recommend either Granite State Automotive or the Uhaul in Newport NH.

Roger from main way auto in Claremont NH. Charged my card for someone else's use. They charged us $350. Because it came back as. 200+ miles So to the next customer. I recommend not going to mainway. They will use your card for someone else's rental they drive for free and u will pay for it.
robert merrillEverything was just fine. Easy to find key drop off and a large enough lot to be able to safely park the truck without having to worry to much about other vehicles, definitely a huge plus if the person driving the truck is not too seasoned driving larger vehicles.
ANTHONY DEPERRIONo lights on the parking lot, the handle that rolled the window up and down fell off the first day so I had to open my door at tolls. And once loaded, the front wheels off the truck leaned in at an alarming angle. Just happy the truck made it.
