I was told that my Storage units first months rent would be free. When I arrived to the storage facility I was told that they would not honor that agreement. I was lead to believe that by using your services that the first month would be free.

I had spent 45min, on the phone with the 1-800 number, (she was most helpful) had all the amounts set. Then I got to the store, and he would NOT look up my reservation. Got all the prices wrong, had to get a manager to look up the reservation to fix everything. A big whist of my time.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul. It was pouring down rain and pouring hard. I had asked the rep when I got the truck how much for the whole day he said 39.99. He said do you know what what time you will be done I said should be done by 1. He said OK handed me all the information and I left. During the rain storm we had we could not finish by 1. I than called back and spoke with Mario and told him what happen he put me on hold and said they will be charging me another day cause I could not bring it back by one. I than asked why it was pouring and I asked the man up front how much was it for the day. He asked me about what time and I gave est time. He said let me speak to manager, so I was placed on hold. He than came back on the line and said I should read my contract that it states this information. I asked to speak to the manager and Mario stated the manager was Jessica and she will not speak to me. I said again so the manager will not speak to me he said yes. I asked for her last name and Mario than stated that he doesnt know her last name. I am very unhappy with this service. I will be going with a moving company next move.

I had an appointment to get a hitch installed that would allow me to carry a Uhaul trailer. I initially made my appointment two weeks in advance of the install date. When I arrived at the install appointment, I was told that they didn't have the hitch in stock. It was in stock when I initially made the appointment, but I was told that they installed my hitch on another vehicle and I had to wait for the new hitch to arrive. Once the hitch got there, the install process was smooth. Three days after my hitch install, I went back to pick up my trailer. I received a call, directly from the manager, saying that my trailer was ready for me to pick up. When I arrived, the trailer wasn't ready. One of the employees had to install a new tail light, splice the trailer wiring because it was cut, and then find a wire extension because the cut wire was too short. After an hour or so, my trailer was finally ready for pickup. I spoke to the manager directly, letting her know that I needed an extra 5 days for my trailer rental. I understood the extra price and was willing to pay it. She said that was fine, wrote my contract and I left. While on my trip, I received 3 phone calls from different UHaul representatives because the manager at this location never put in the extra days into the system. So, it looked like I was late turning in the trailer. This is just pure laziness. How hard is it to change a day in a computer system? How hard is it to check to make sure a hitch is in stock prior to making an appointment for an install or at least calling the day before the install to cancel the appointment? How hard is it to make sure a trailer's lights work prior to calling the customer to say the trailer is ready? It isn't like you don't have trucks to hook up the trailer to. Overall, all of these problems are the result of poor management.

Train employees better on equipment. I had my trailer crash into my tailgate and did extensive damage when loading a veichle on it cause your Employee Austin Muscleman didn't do proper inspection and didn't tighten down the trailer which resulted in it popping off and hitting my tailgate of my truck and denting and scratching it. I felt like I could trust the employees there and have the proper training to hook up just a trailer but I was proven wrong. After the incident I just was told to call the insurance and file a claim. Then come back to the store and get pictures taken. And I did and after that I was given a receipt and basically told to wait for a Manager to call me on monday. And that I might receive a refund on my transaction????? Horrible Customer service except for the Employee "Ty". He did a great job and was very confident that he could give me the service I deserved. Please shine on his customer service skills. And let him know I and the customers of uhaul appreciate his skills with customers.

General Manager Monic Patrick was exceptionally helpful- especially considering the truck was rented incorrectly, and contract information very difficult to find. She made numerous calls and went out of her way to explain the situation to both ourselves and the Merrill, WI manager who had done things incorrectly. She is definitely the type manager/ company representative UHaul needs!

I THINK THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE MORE THAN TWO PEOPLE WORKING THEY SHOULD HAVE AN EXTRA PERSON TO HELP WITH GETTING THE VEHICLES WHILE THE OTHER TWO ASSOCIATES SAY ON THE REGISTER I HAD TO GO BACK IN AFTER ABOUT 10 MINS THEY FORGOT TO COME GIVE ME THE KEY AND THE VEHICLE.

The truck we were given had very bald tires which caused us to be unable to move from the location we parked at. After calling roadside assistance and the location we rented from (several times) And then the general manager no one seemed to want to assist us at all. They acted as if it was our fault that their tires were in bad condition. Even when we was finally able to return the truck they wouldn't even listen to us and look at the truck per our request. VERY bad customer service. Will never rent from uhaul on providence Blvd in Clarksville TN again! Very disappointed!

Monic Patrick was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. I only know her name because it is on my receipt. The other gentlemen were helpful as well, but I Monic was the subject matter expert. Give that woman some recognition because she deserves it!
