We had a billing issue that was resolved immediately when I brought it to their attention. We returned the vehicle on a Sunday evening and it didn't get checked in until 4 days later, so they initially billed us for the additional time.

I reserved a truck and when i got there they didnt have it/ i had to down size in order to get a truck when i needed it therefor i had fo leave some items in tennessee when i moved to florida. Then i had to go to another location to even get the truck. Then go back to first place to get car hauler. Mean while people were waiting to help me pack up house. It was very flusterating.

I made a reservation on the 23rd of June for a van and tow dolly to be picked up on the 1st of July. Since I was renting a tow dolly, I had to come in for a vehicle inspection on the day prior to pick up. When I arrived for my inspection the gentleman behind the counter acted surprised, as if he had never heard of this process before. It took approximately 10 seconds to complete the inspection, a total waste of my time. While I was there I confirmed my reservation for the next day (I also received the email confirmation), it was in the system and I actually laid eyes on the tow dolly. When I came in the following evening at my scheduled pick up time there was no tow dolly. I had made extensive plans that were very time sensitive, all dependent on the tow dolly. The lady behind the counter was not apologetic at all. In fact she even stated that it was not her fault. She was neither friendly or helpful at all. Before we had settled this problem she left for the day because her shift was over. I was astounded. This was the worst case of customer service I have ever seen. I will NOT use U-Haul again. I will ensure everyone I know is aware of how they treated me, both over the phone and at this particular location. I have to say I was rather surprised because U-Haul has always been a good company to rent from. I would like someone to contact me so we can discuss this at length, thank you.

Extremely disappointed by this location. I had an appliance dolly reserved and they didn't have it. Their response was sorry, I don't know what to tell you, the 1800 number doesn't know what we have. I had to drive around to other locations to find an appliance dolly. They also wanted me to sign for fuel without looking at it. I asked to go outside to check it before I signed and when I came back in I told them that it was not at the level that they had marked and he said ok just call the 1800 number when you return. Nobody went out with me to look at the level or adjust it, and they didn't come with me to look at the condition of the vehicle. I understand it was the 4th of July but they didn't seem to care at all and multiple employees seemed to have a very poor attitude. I've used Uhaul for my last two moves (both within the last 12 months) and I've had issues both times. Makes me really second guess who we're using.

Hire a new manager refund all money to me was stuck there for 6 hours on the lot due to negligence on monique patrick courtesy of u haul...horrible over a tbousand dollars spent would like it all returned never ever recommend any one to u haul words can't explain...

This location was helpful despite not have the 14' trailer as originally requested with a prior reservation, but they did give us a 17' for the same price. The only thing they forgot was to give us furniture pads which would have been good for our move, but by the time we realized we didn't have them, the store had closed early the 4th of July weekend. Understandable, but still a little hiccup. Other than that, the employees were very nice and helpful. I would use them again.

Young customer service rep was sloppy putting together receipts, agreements, paperwork with rental etc. It was folded crazy and unorganized... a bit irritating. Hitch installation went very well and everything else was quick and easy.

I'm picked up the truck assuming the gas tank was full since the needle was close to the full mark. If drove it 25 miles and filled it back up before returning. It took 8 gallons to fill up. It let the service rep know and they would not help me in any way to recoup the money is lost on gas. Total ripoff. Enjoy my $20 donation because that is all the money you will ever get from me again. I will take my business to any other company besides u-paytoomuch...I mean u-haul

The location is in a bad spot right off a busy road. Can only imagine the hassle of trying to pull out of the location turning left with a larger load. When handed the return receipt by the employee I noticed I was charged for dropping the unit off at the wrong location. Which was the location I was told to drop it off at to save an extra $10.00.

As a moving company we continue to rent U-Haul trucks from this location to service our business. We picked up a truck 30 minutes ago and returned almost immediately as one of our own trucks became available. With that decision we are looking at an invoice for $104.11 for driving 2 miles and $50.00 for pads for a truck that was never even opened. I'm requesting a refund for non-use of this U-Haul truck.
