The tire was low of air and through out the travel continued to fill the tire with air. While on the road several times tried to call Uhaul to tell them about the tire but the wait was long 34 mins. Tire never got replaced through out the entire trip. After turning the rental saw how bad the tire was and was actually very thankful that the tire did not blow and caused any injuries or damage to our property. When mentioning this to the employee at Uhaul he didn't seem to care and then commented "a low air filled tire".

I would only recommend for storage only. Would NEVER recommend and of your trailers or trucks to anyone ever at any location, because you don't take care of the trailers. I was less then 45 minutes from a good sized city and it took 2 hours to get some one to me. And none of the was Clarksville u hauls fault

Make sure to check in all equiptment returned. Also dont charge someone a $30 fee when they have a balance of 3.41 and not even. Tell them.

I think that the refund policy that you guys have stinks and I truly believe that you took my money because I was told at the time the vehicle was returned I was getting my refund back and that didn't happen thanks anyway

I got the U-haul on 13 Jun 15 @ 9:42 am, returned the U-haul 12 hrs later and was charged for 2 days of rental. I spoke with the office and they said that someone would be in contact to refund the amount on my credit card and I have not heard from any one since. that's been 2 days ago...I WILL NEVER USE THAT FACILITY AGAIN!!! When I got the U-haul i asked the gentlemen how long i had and he said 12 hrs...So why am i charged for 2 days????

You need to improve your billing department and customer service. We've used UHaul twice and both times our order was messed up. This last time we didn't even get the truck that we ordered. The time before this we had to fight for the truck we ordered. We turned the truck in the same day we rented it out and were still billed an extra day. We have since been reimbursed but not after having to put up with a snotty rep from your billing department. Her attitude toward us was terrible. As though we had no right to complain. The next time we move, we will be using anyone but UHaul.

We had 3 different people wait on us. When we initially got there the lady who initially assisted us was not friendly and when we asked a question we would get a response with a chuckle with it- as if she was condescending towards us. The guy who helped us on that day was nice as he helped hook up the trailer and get the contract. When we returned the trailer the guy who checked us in was just fine as well. My only complaint is the lady- I've never experienced poor customer service with you all before. The only reason I would return is if I had to with this location (ex: only location with the equipment needed). Otherwise I will go somewhere else or a competitor. Also on a separate note can you all start offering military discounts initially instead of a customer having to call corporate first and get a big whole circle of different responses? With a local move we tried to get this a got nothing but the runaround so when we moved a further distance we refused to do business with you all. I prefer to support businesses who support our military. You are missing out on a huge market of potential customers. When we moved we used Penske because they offered military discount- that's a lot of revenue you all are missing out on.

not pleased with extra charges (if wanted) for 24 hour access. If you promote 24 hour access on website and ads, then you should notify that there is a charge. I did not access the 24 hour service, but I find it distrustful

I was told that my Storage units first months rent would be free. When I arrived to the storage facility I was told that they would not honor that agreement. I was lead to believe that by using your services that the first month would be free.

I had spent 45min, on the phone with the 1-800 number, (she was most helpful) had all the amounts set. Then I got to the store, and he would NOT look up my reservation. Got all the prices wrong, had to get a manager to look up the reservation to fix everything. A big whist of my time.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul. It was pouring down rain and pouring hard. I had asked the rep when I got the truck how much for the whole day he said 39.99. He said do you know what what time you will be done I said should be done by 1. He said OK handed me all the information and I left. During the rain storm we had we could not finish by 1. I than called back and spoke with Mario and told him what happen he put me on hold and said they will be charging me another day cause I could not bring it back by one. I than asked why it was pouring and I asked the man up front how much was it for the day. He asked me about what time and I gave est time. He said let me speak to manager, so I was placed on hold. He than came back on the line and said I should read my contract that it states this information. I asked to speak to the manager and Mario stated the manager was Jessica and she will not speak to me. I said again so the manager will not speak to me he said yes. I asked for her last name and Mario than stated that he doesnt know her last name. I am very unhappy with this service. I will be going with a moving company next move.
