The cargo trailers have no jack, making it nearly impossible for a woman to unhook and then later hook back up alone. Built-in jacks would be very helpful.
Also, the computer system at the office seemed to be very slow. Even tho I had reserved my trailer in person in advance and done all my part via computer, it still took approximately 15 minutes out of a very busy day to finish up at the office. I believe this was not fault of personnel but of the computer system.
