The staff were very kind, helpful, and patient. The truck I rented had cigarette butts in the ashtray, and the location seemed a bit dodgy, but I would return for future moves.

Advise them if they bring the equipment after hours to have them take notes and pictures of the milage, vehicle/equipment, time, gas usage and any notations to the company on how you would prefer to pay.

This was the perfect size u-houl for moving our love seat & sofa. We weren't sure at first, it looked a bit too small but both pieces were under 90" long & fit perfectly.

I have had prior experience with this location before and it was excellent. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful from the folks at the desk to the folks working the trucks and equipment. In conversation with others I have mentioned this as the place to go.

I felt the staff at the site I rented the truck was very friendly & professional.
I tried to pick up a truck earlier in the day at the location I requested I guess I failed to double check the location, but the staff at the two places I checked were very helpful. The person I contacted on the reservation line was also very helpful.
If your making a reservation on line just double check all the info because I missed the pick up time & the duration of the rental.

The truck that I was given to use was a safety hazard. The brake lights did not work. One headlight did not work. There was no heat and the temperature gage was going up indicating that the truck was going to overheat. when we called the location to inform them we were told to just drive it with the hazaed lights on. Because of this I strongly feel I should be reimbursed for the rental fee of the truck.
