I ordered a utility dolly and it was not made aware to A&S at time of pick up despite multiple confirmations I received from UHaul. A&S then charged me for the safety insurance which initially I did not order. They were kind enough to give me an appliance cart at the cost of a dolly but nonetheless I still had to pay .
The truck itself was in terrible driving condition and very unsafe. The wheel alignment was significantly off (the steering wheel was not in normal position to keep truck straight). Truck was even more difficult to drive in tow mode. Not to mention the transmission seemed to be slipping frequently. None of this experience was at the fault of A&S but rather the system of exchanging trucks between UHaul locations.
