The employees at u-haul made me feel that I should have known about there procedure on how the vehicle should of been returned. I returned the trailer back to the lot where I picked it up, and they said you have to bring it and we need to inpect it at our inspection area. I didnt know I thought I would help them out by putting it back from where I got it.

Yes, but... I rented a storage unit there and had a terrible experience. The card key did not work on three separate occasions. The first time, the office personnel were extremely uncooperative and I after contacting them by intercom to let them know I had a problem and waited for them to let me in for over 20 mins. Instead they turned the emergency sirens on me as a prank and were laughing about it when I came down to the office. Not to mention they acted like they did not know what building I was trying to enter. Contacted the National Office and described by experience. Then the access problem happened again on 2 more occasions recently. This morning 3/24 the gal acted like I was the problem and didn't know what I was talking about, and then, your outdoor attendant (Dan) mentioned they were having on-going issues with entry in to that building. Oh really! You need to address the card access system. While I might rent another vehicle you could not pay me to rent a space in your facility without assurances the access problems are resolved. Driver door key lock didn't work some times. Had to enter on passenger side. Driver door latch jammed in closed position and couldn't open it when in truck.

when I picked up the vehicle..the service was fine..however, when I returned the vehicle, the sales clerk...a female, was rather rude.....I had told the clerk the day I picked up the rental, that I would probably need the rental about 2 days...but I wasn't totally sure...For some reason, that wasn't noted on my account, and I received a call at 8 this morning asking where the truck was..and the lady was rather rude...not professional...I would not recommend this location to anyone!!

I was very agrivated that I was FORCED to pay for more miles than I needed or used. I told them that I did not need that many miles, but they just said "that is just the way we do it". So, the next time I rent a truck I will shop around for a rental company that dosen't "just charge me for more miles than I need". Also, the straps for holding the car in place on the car hauler were too short, and it was very difficult to get it through the ratchet far enough to secure the car to the trailer. Again, I am still mad about hav ing to pay for 80 or 90 miles that I did not use. And that the personnel seemed to not care that they were overcharging me.

Worst customer service ever. I will gladly pay more to use other companies. I have never felt more offended by a customer service representative in my life and I work for a call center myself. Not to mention the whole reason I even had to deal with the call center is because the manager from this location would never contact me!

The guy that I returned vehicle was rude and was a smart ass. I will not come back to this location. It's a shame because I will need a Uhaul in the upcoming weeks and this location is close. I may just choose a different company altogether. I might try budget rental trucks.

I picked up a storage unit and truck on a friday evening after I got off work. I needed to use the storage throughout the night so I could be ready for work the next day. My access card would not work at 11pm, saying "access denied" I called 3 different people and they all told me I had to wait until the next morning. So I had to drive back home with the uhaul which made me spend more miles and have to call off work. When I arrived at 6:30am, I saw Brandon taking keys and contracts out of the night drop box. I told him my problem and he said "I will look into that when we open at 7am" Needless to say, that was rude but then after I unloaded everything and turned the keys into the lock box, I come to find out I got charged a service fuel charge. When I got into the truck, the gauge was to left of full. I told the guy who took me to inspect that it is to the left of full, he said that it was okay and if I came back with it right there it would be fine. I went 31.5miles (16 of which was because I couldn't get into my storage when I needed to and had to drive BACK home with it) and I put 2 gallons of gas in that truck myself at 7eleven. I was charged for 2 and a half MORE gallons plus the service fee. When I looked at where they had the gauge, that was NOT AT ALL where it was. It was just slightly to the left (which was where I got it from). By the way, all of this came from the MANAGER Brandon. Very unprofessional and I have two storage units with them and will not even use their store in the future to move my things out of there.

More counter people when it is busy would be nice. Also it is very hard to gauge how much gas to fill up the truck when it is given to you approx 3/4 full. Then I have to calculate how much gaa to put in. Very stressful! Just give the truck to me with a full gas tank and I will return it the same way. That would be much easier and more accurate.

I just wished I could have rented from one closer to my house. I had to pay more due to the additional miles. Was a little frustrated about that.
