Terrible location. No signage to direct me to check in location. Also charged me $38 for fuel including a $25 service charge. The truck was not full at pickup but they wouldn't change the paperwork. Ripped off!

equipment was not clean. Trailer had dirt and leaves in it when I received it. When I asked about it, the person who helped me said "don't worry about it, we won't charge a cleaning fee".

Two Notch is a busy location so there should be two people there at all times. Both days there was only one person to wait on customers and that made for a long wait time. Other than that great experience.

The bad experience happened when I turned the vehicle in. I drove a total of 42 miles and was charged for 45 dollars of fuel. When I asked about it, the guy did not care and was certainly not interested in helping with the problem. I was told I would have to wait 2 days for the General manager to come in and take it up with him. No customer service. He acted like I was inconveniencing him. Charged almost 350 dollars for 2 days and 42 miles.

The mid-40's female manager at this location was incredibly rude. I asked which size trucks were available and without checking the system (or even acknowledging me directly) she said "cargo vans, no trucks" in a dismissive tone as if she was being bothered. I stood there at the counter and checked online to find that they had several trucks available. Within a few minutes, I booked online, told her that she did infact have some trucks available, and gave her my reservation # (which obviously irritated her leading her to mumble something under her breath...I didn't ask her to clarify). In the end, I got the truck I needed and if I had to guess, she didn't want to bother with renting out a truck on a Friday afternoon since she assumed it would keep her there past her shift time. In any case, this ranks up there with one of the poorest customer service experiences.

My reservation was used a day prior to my scheduled time of pickup in which my name was used on someone else order. This tells me the identification was not properly checked, however the employee whom assisted me was really nice and made the situation correct as he assured me this situation will be investigated to assure it never happens again.

I did not verify the mileage on the vehicle before I left the facility. When I returned, I noticed there was a 60 mile difference, instead of the actual 16 miles that I drove. The manager approved me receiving the mileage credit and I was not charged the extra mileage.

There should be two check-in lines! One for those who have already done the registration and choosing online. What GOOD is it to do that if you have to stand in line behind 6 or 8 people who have not. We were in line for OVER AN HOUR to pick up the truck I had so painstakingly set up online. —No excuses for this type of service.

The staff acted like jerks after I disputed the no boxes in the back of the truck rule. They would not believe there was a big green sticker in the cab of the truck that reads "leave boxes in the back of the truck" They would not readily give my receipt until I persisted. Worst U Haul dealer I have ever encountered. Terrible customer service!!! I will use Budget trucks for the rest of my life!

This is the second time I've used this location in five years. The same experience as before. It was not clear that would only have the truck for four hours. But I could upgrade to a bigger truck and keep it longer. The last time I asked for a large truck and was downgraded for a cheaper price and still paid too much.

The guys there are great and the customer service is impeccable. But I had some problems with the equipment. I had a tire blow out. The truck didn't have enough power to pull my car, of which I was not advised. And while I was waiting for the wrecker, I found marijuana in the ash tray! As a woman traveling by myself it was a bit stressful! :/

This places has bad communication, and didn't have the equipment I needed, made my one way move extra late, and when they said they would give me unlimited mileage and ended up charging me a additional 238.00, so now I'm having problems getting my money all because of poor communication between the locations. Because of their poor communication and the extra money they took out they threw my bills off in my account. So not only do I have to borrow money to get my account str8 I have to wait up 2 2-3 for a manger 2 call me, I have 2 wait even more days to get my money back. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM UHAUL AGAIN, NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND UHAUL TO ANYONE!! SIGNED PISSED TO THE MAX!!
