I could not have asked for a better experience. I have rented u-hauls many times and this location is by far the most accommodating and went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. They were great.

One of our Uhaul tires went flat on the interstate, which was really dissapointing, time consuming, and inconvenient.

I reserved a 14 foot truck at the price of $239,00. I called the original location I reserved the truck at and asked could I pick up on Friday instead of Saturday and was told that was fine to go to the location on Chaparrel and get a 20 foot truck and it would be the same price. Unfortunatley, I was told I had to pay $281.00 when we arrived. Additionally, I gave my credit card information on the web site when I reserved the truck but when my son goes to the rental office they made him pay cash. I would not give my card number and information out if it is not going to be used.

When I reserved a truck for my move, the person at the call center suggested the wrong size truck. when I arrived at U-Haul to unload, the moving crew from Above All Else Moving (assigned by U-Haul Moving Helpers) told me my storage unit was too small, so I rented a second one, but when he was through unloading, there was excessive wasted space in the original unit. So...I'm disappointed with U-Haul at the moment.

Staff in Corpus Christi was excellent. Only problem, the office in Victoria (local for me) TX, in Goliad and Cuero, TX did not have a 6' x 12' open trailer, so I had to drive to Corpus Christi to get one.
