Radio did not work, interior handles for tying off furniture were broke. Even though I had a reservation if the person right before me had not brought back a truck I would not have had a truck. Even the truck I received was not the length of truck I reserved

Joe was very customer service service oriented. He went out of his way to help each person, even though they became super busy all of a sudden. He was very patient with me and went through everything to be sure it was all correct since I had a change to my order. He and the other employee that hooked up the trailer for me were excellent! Thank you!

Please hire additional people. The one gentleman that was there was having to do all the work. He was very nice and very professional but the owner of this rental place needs to hire additional help. We have alot of customers for this area and one or two people to handle it all is not right.

General manage and his employee, Joe, were not efficient, thorough or very helpful. When we returned the truck they never checked it in. We found this out through a noreply email and called location to clear it up. Joe was rude and kept denying that we'd returned it. Finally we had to go up there and point to exactly where it was so that they could check it in. Noone even apologized for the rudeness or inconvenience of their mistake. Storage building is filthy and a rediculously inconvenient maze. These are not the employees I'd want representing my company or the enviroment I'd put my company name on.

I reserved furniture pads but they were out. Really didn't need them so everything worked out just fine. I also reserved a furniture dolly and that was just what I needed. Great customer service! Thanks!

my son was being so careful and utilized a push broom to clean the back even though i believe it didn't need to be clean but my son wanted leave a professional relationship with U Haul and decided to throughly clean the back with the push broom, however, when we returned the same day my son forgot to retrieve the push broom and he went back to pick it up however the U Haul staff did not find it. Does not U Haul care for its customers especially repeated customers, to have some type of lost and found system in place...i don't understand this place?

Greeting customers when they arrive would be a good start to making the customer feel welcomed and not like they had somehow intruded on a private club.
Another couple and ourselves stood around the front desk waiting a good long while before anyone at the front counter even acknowledged we were standing there.One guy was on the phone, so that was understandable, the other was just typing on his computer and never bothered to even look up.
Another issue is that they were NOT clear on where we were supposed to drive our vehicle to pickup our trailer, like we were somehow just supposed to "know" where to go.

I cannot believe that a company as big as U-haul has one Cust. Service Rep working the Counter and answering the phone on one of your bussiest days. Commen Sense, you would think we have several people returning vehicles, maybe we should have more people at the counter.... I am sure that no one will even read this.....
