Everything was great we had a problem with the payment but the general manager took care of it asap and I was refunded the money that was left over overall a great experience would definitely go back and recommend this location

The truck they gave me had a worn tire to the point at which it looked like it would blow out at any point. When I asked if I could switch the response was that's the only truck within 50 miles. The manager helped me the first day (a week prior). Awesome service everything was all set.Then the part time employee was basically useless since he had to take all my information from the reservation again by mouth. The condition of the truck with the wheel was already poor. (Big scratches down the side) Then I drove it hope and discovered the mirror would spin 360 degree on the passenger side and that created a huge safety hazard. Once again couldn't trade out trucks since I had to move on Navy orders. So overall I'm probably never going to rent from uhaul again since the trucks / equipment look old and beat up and hey, they actually are.

This location needs more help to be efficiant. the clerk that assisted me was skilled and helpfull and did a very good job. He was just so busy that he forgot to make sure we had all the equipment in the truck prior to leaving and we had to return to get it. More help for the staff at this location.

Drove a total of 41.4 miles. Refueled with 10 gallons and the gas gauge did not move. I sat idle with the engine running and the gas gauge still didn't move so refueled with 7 more gallons and then the gauge registered almost 3/4 full - so cost me an extra $25.

The representative there was wonderful, he was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. We understood everything and enjoyed the ease of renting a trailer for our short term needs. We experienced no problems and returned the trailer in the time frame with no difficulties.

Excellent staff. Only problem was a light on the vehicle dolly I rented fell out on my way to pick up thr vehicle I was towing. It was obvious that the fender was damaged, but only the light. Other than this minor hiccup, everything, including the staff provided excellent service.

The staff was overworked and under-manned. The line was long and tempers were sometimes short, the swing manager has been working 85 hour weeks since Christmas, the yard man was in on his day off and the new employee has a lot to learn. We had a hitch installed that morning at your 4344 SPID location and they did not do any of the wiring needed to haul the trailer (and they knew we were picking up a trailer) luckily the yard man at the port store was still there and able to help us. I have never seen so many rentals go out in one day, if you had extra staffing on the weekends it would help a lot.
