The service at pick up was excellent the associate was very helpful the only complaint was with the phone answering service some of the representative were rude and my storage reservation was lost "twice " and when I called they had nothing in the system .

Well when I got there at 700pm---your employees ran to the door and locked it. They were standing at the counter and could have taken one last customer. But--no one has GOOD customer service. I use UHAUL all the time---and this incident was not very nice. dflores

Take a more proactive approach on taking care of your customers. Saturday started out fine and Brandon took good care of us and provided great customer service. We had no complaints whatsoever about him and left Saturday feeling good about finishing our unpacking process the following day. We showed up Sunday morning to pick up two U-Box trailers that were supposed to be loaded and waiting. The facility opened at 9:00 am and the plan was for us to be there around 9:45-10:00 am allowing the staff enough time to prepare the trailers. We showed up at 11:15 or so and are greeted by one of the staff with "Good morning, do you want the bad news?"...only to find out that keys needed were locked in the building and that we would have to wait until Monday. We advised him that this was unacceptable and that we didn't have an extra day. This resulted in him making a call for the spare key at another one of their locations just a few miles away, and with a simple phone call the extra key was able to be run over to their facility. Just a simple call needed to be made. He then proceeded to tell us that he would need a few hours to load these boxes and that he would call when ready. We ended driving 15 miles back to our apartment and waiting another few hours for an issue that should have proactively been resolved when he first discovered that the keys were locked inside the building and that spares would be needed. It is extremely poor customer service to just wait for us to show up and then address it only when I explained not getting access to them that day was not an option. In addition to the lack of proactive service, a phone call was never made to us that morning advising us of any issues that arose which would have saved us a trip from driving both of our vehicles over initially. Once we received the call, we drive back to the facility and loaded to two trailers. We immediately rushed back to unload one of the two UBoxes we picked up later that afternoon and I had my wife take the empty UBox back to the facility for unloading and again she was met with resistance to facilitate our needs. One of the employees in the office was watching TV on their phone while the other complained about the fact that no one was there to help him unload and load the UBox and that because it was getting late he wouldn't be able to swap out our storage box. Again, this all could have been avoided had the issue been handled upfront. We didn't lock the keys inside the building, it was not our fault, and for the exorbitant amount of money we pay on a monthly basis for storage we expected a much higher level of customer service. I do not expect to hear employees complaining about having to work a full shift and be made to feel like an inconvenience because you operate inefficiently. Attitudes and employees like this hinder your company's operations and make it extremely hard to make any positive recommendations whatsoever.

I was double charge and hold of over 200 was placed on my account. When made a transaction sent back. Costing me an additional 35 to my bank and 30 to the lo action which was for my car and the we're going to place a repo order in if I had not caught it.so no I am not happy at all with the services

Make sure there are no heat leaks coming from the engine compartment gasket - U-Haul Ref# 416436 - Since I had to wrap the compartment and my foot with blankets, I was told over the phone that I was to give this number where I dropped it off and there should be some sort of re-imbursement for enduring the heat for 500+miles - They had no clue -
