Very unprofessional and didn't know their jobs. The unit was poorly cleaned, long wait and they didn't have everything I reserved online. 1. Ensure that your call center and your store staff communicate. Blaming the call center for not checking with store to ensure that the equipment or the appropriate qualified staff is available to install the equipment is not an effective/efficient and business smart (giving that the success of this type of business is largely based on repeat customers and good reviews) way of conducting business. 2. Train your front line staff " "Kent" likes some basic... Not even advanced customers service skills... A simple "I apologize for the miscommunication let me see what I can do " would've turned a highly upsetting experience, that has caused ME not only to remove THIS LOCATION BUT ALL U-HAUL COMPANY from my list of business I would consider to do any future business with, to an "ok, people make mistakes let's make the best of this situation" I traveled three (3) hours to get to this location to get the equipment I was promised and confirmed by u-haul customer service personnel,which I did mentioned this to Kent " no last name, no customer service or common human decency skills "one should at least show some empathy for other's precarious situations, hence common human decency" (whether the business transaction was done by the call center versus the store staff is immaterial) Upon arrival to this locat1. Computer was down but she able to process my reservation by calling another location and by doing that she able to get me out on time (she did an excellent job). I never got my receipt from the other location which I need for my busibess

I would just like to say that when we received a call the morning before our reservation with information that there wasn't a truck in our area, we were told it would take 6 hrs to arrive. Then, it wasn't sent to the location I requested in the reservation to pick it up at. The online reservation system needs to be updated so that if a truck is not available at your preferred location, it will tell you that. Other than that, everything went smoothly.
