The truck took 2 min to start. Hardly turn over. The rental agent knew this. No ac. No radio. Transmission jerked the entire truck when it shifted. You should be embarrassed that this truck is even in the fleet and then also that you would actually rent it out.

Pickup location was changed from what I arranged online--not notified of change by phone or email-learned of the change when I stopped at original pickup location and no truck was present for my reservation. At 2d pickup location on 23 Aug, service counter clerk was slow and indifferent towards customers. Truck turn-in service 25 Aug was much better.

I originally scheduled online to pick up the truck at the move it storage on Roddfield just a few miles from my house got confirmation then the day before pick i was sent a messege to pick up at a different location way across town from my house I am not happy about this.

Had to switch locations of pick up. Place I was to pickup at was 20 miles from the area I wanted to pick up at. Received call at 10:30 am telling me I needed to pick up by noon (like I don't work) wtf?

This was not my best experience. I reserved online for one day but defaulted to four hours. I was sent across town to the Chapparal station only to find out I was given the wron info by Tracey. So I had to drive all the way back across town again to finally get my vehicle.

Amanda was an excellent sales representative and handled our order with a smile on her face when we picked up the truck.(8/14/14) upon returning the truck a Cassandra Lozano was rude, unfriendly, ignored us and we were the only customers in the store. Unhappy standing there until she was ready to acknowledge our presence. I felt so angry and hurt due to her behavior. Will not come back to this store because of her. My husband felt the same rudeness and ignoring us a human beings her customer service needs an over hall immediately.

There was a gentleman outside at the sign that tells you where to park for returning equipment. I started to ask him where I needed to go to turn the truck in, he just snapped at me "Give me the Key" So I handed him the key and walked to the office. I was upset and tired from unloading at that point, he had no reason to be rude or short to me. I only wanted to make sure that I was following all of Uhaul's procedures and have never done this before. I don't know what his name was but I returned the truck and trailer at 4:45pm Sunday 8-10-2014.

Rented truck on Friday they said two day rental brought back on sat. One day early they said they were going to charge me a extra day?? I said brought back early? They said original contract was written wrong, never again would I rent from u-haul it was a nightmare.

My parents in law returned the truck so I am not certain of the conditions at this location. I was told that I could return unused blankets for a refund, however when my parents in law returned the truck they were told that a refund would not be issued although the UHaul location did take back our blankets.

When I first arrived, there were so many customers & only one employee at the front that it took almost 30 min. after my scheduled pick up to sign the paperwork. I had to reschedule with our movers. The worst of it all was having to call roadside assistance due to a leak in the gas pump. We were again delayed from leaving sooner & lost $27 worth of gas due to a hose not being attached correctly. I am astonished at the fact that a thorough inspection isnt performed before releasing u-haul equipment to customers to avoid a potential catastrophe.ase
