The only problem I had was my reservation was for 7:00 am and Uhaul moved it to 2:00 pm which made our move very difficult. Then we didn't arrive to our destination until 10:30 at night.

I rented a trailer abouth 2 months ago from here and when I returned trailer they took my signal light adapter that I had purchased a while back. When I returned a truck this time I asked for adapter back but they couldn't find it. I wished they would have just given me a new one.It is product # 13481 $14.50, this location needs more desk help, lines are too long.

The truck we were issued was clean but very old, ran terribly, felt like the transmission was slipping and we feared it would end up breaking down. Luckily, we didn't have far to move, so it survived but NEEDS some major work.

I'm sorry more help... Very busy location and only 2 clerks need more help.. Evening and morning I felt so sorry for the associates they were so short handed and so overwhelmed with customers, but I give them prompts they never stopped smiling way to go guys... Awesome job....

They charge me for more miles than I put in. I fail to check the starting miles before I left the location, I trusted that they would not rip me off. They charge me for 91 miles when the most I could've put was 30. Never again .

The lady that first helped us was very rude and i felt rushed the 3 times i had to deal with her the day i picked up the truck. She told me 3 times that my card was declined. I tried my card at the stripes and it worked fine. I finally went for the 4th time and the guy that helped us had us in and out in 5 mins. He was very helpful.

The worst part was trying to book a truck after making 4 calls I finally got someone that booked the truck. Bad part she was not from Corpus Christi so had no clue what location to book. I want to pick up in a different location closer to my home but that became impossible. I went on line to ck my reservation and it was booked some place far from my home. I was able to change to SPID location. Not where I wanted but I was told later it was that they did have that six truck. Cking in bring back was good but reserving the truck was not good!! Not user friendly! One time got somekne in Houston she was trying to book me from Houston to Corpus when I told her I was in Corpus she said she couldn't help me I need to go online or call Corpus! I was calling Corpus number it rolled over to Houston!!!!

My overall experience with this location exceeded any thoughts or perceptions that leaned towards a negative manner based on rumors about the company. Very reasonable, I had a cool new Van (looked kinda like a toy from a lego set, lol) for ten days, longer then expected because of weather and car problems. The staff was very understanding and helpful extending my use of the vehicle. I traveled over 400 miles and it cost me 311.00. The ? was surprisingly low only 34 bucks to fill it up past the F line when it was a little under the half of a tank line, so that was cool, a six dollar car wash and ready to return! A long line awaited, but fast and courteous staff had me out of there before I knew it. Thank you U-Haul on SPID between Everhart and Weber for an awesome rental, I will most definitely use your location whenever I need to have a van handy again, you made my first time a positive one, gaining yourself a loyal customer ??

The van had debrie from previous use. When we were cleaning the cab we found empty 1 litre bottle and a bag and also two dirty hats behind the cab seats.

Please note that I had an amazingly awesome experience with my UHAUL representative in Granbury, TX, but the office in Corpus Christi fell short entirely. When I arrived on Sunday, February 22nd, 2015, the trailer was not ready for me. In fact, I had set up an appointment with the customer service representative on the phone in order for all things to go smoothly at the particular time chosen for pick-up. The customer representative assured me on the phone that the reason an appointment at a particular time was scheduled, was to avoid any issues with the pick-up location. This did not happen as when I arrived, they had nothing ready and told me I would have to wait a while. After being assured a few days before and disappointed with the service, I asked to speak to a manager who (was not on duty that day). The young man at the counter did see my frustration after I explained to him the situation, he did a good job of trying to resolve my issue from the office. However, when the other guy who was in charge of getting my trailer was then in charge of assisting me, he got the wrong trailer. He then, without apologizing, went to the office to get the right numbers on the account with corresponding trailer. He helped me to put on the trailer onto my truck, but something was wrong with the trailer as he noticed after it was put on. He had to get a new trailer and changed the numbers on my paperwork and again, the next trailer had something wrong with it. I finally got the third trailer, which was fine, but had already wasted a lot of time. That man who put the trailer on never apologized for any of the inconvenience experienced and I had spent way more time than necessary there. Frankly, they should have done inspections before hand to ensure this would not happen. I will certainly not use this location again and hope that the man who helped put the trailers on (the guy working/cleaning the trailers, not the younger kid in the office who was at least nice and trying to be helpful) learns to treat customers in a more professional and kind manner. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

I felt bad for the gentleman who opened thatl Saturday morning. His coworker didn't show. He had a line and some customers were beligerant. He remained calm and courteous through it all. I would like to acknowledge him for his professional attitude thru it all. As for his coworker shame on him. He or she should be prepared to come to work at their assigned time. If unable to, they should have someone to cover for them till they arrive. Again the gentleman's morning was horrible but he was courteous and professional the whole time.
