The manager there went beyond what I expected. When the 4 by 8 trailer was a little suspect due to size she immediately upgraded us to a 5 by 8. She was kind professional and very hands on. She was like an energizer bunny!! I would highly recommend this U-haul facility.

I actually received the trailer three or four hours after the time with shell and being checked out this location is understaffed and you have to wait quite a while if there is a couple of customers there in front of you I also was made to pay an extra day plus the safe insurance for returning it only 2 hours after I had picked it up within the 48 hour. You should be able to prorate a couple of hours and not have to pay for an entire day if you are only returning a couple hours late especially if they don't check you until 30 minutes after you arrive with the equipment because of the under staffing issue especially on a Saturday I would appreciate some sort of coupon or discount the next time I rent overall experience 6 out of 10. because of the long wait and a full day is charged for only 2 hours additional usage.

I put only ten miles on the truck, put enough gas to put gauge back to proper spot, basicly was told I am a liar and charged me 30 bucks, she needs to work where she will not have deal with people.

excessive waiting time on pick up (nearly 30 minutes) and drop off (more than 20 minutes until I got upset and asked for help with drop off outside which only took 2 minutes). 1 person only to serve several customers, other ppl just slowly walking around and filling displays or doing nothing.

The truck was not at the location given in my email instructions at Noon on 9/14. I had to travel to a 2nd location to pick-up the truck and did not leave until 1:35. I wanted the truck early in the morning, but I was told the time was assigned by dispatch and night before the scheduled rental date (9/14/2015). I was unable to complete packing everything and am now forced to make a second trip and pay for an additional trailer to complete my move. It was not only inconvenient, but costly, as welll as placed me in an emotional upheaval with my X-husband because I did not keep my end of the bargin to have all my things out by nightfall of 9/15/2015. What can you do to improve?????? CONFIRM THE TIME THE TRUCK WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK-UP WHEN THE RENTAL IS SCHEDULED AND PAID FOR!!!!!! Waiting until the last minute is unacceptable. I scheduled this truck over 2 weeks in advance, thinking 'first-come; first served.' Bad assumption.

I picked up my uhaul at 9am. The only hiccup in my experience was how long it took to get my reserved vehicle. I stood in line for over 30 minutes. The young lady behind the counter was very pleasant and gave good customer service, but more employees needed to be working in order to expedite the process.

Discount the cost when equipment is returned early, rental for 2 days starting @ 9am Thursday returned @ 5pm Friday ( 16 hrs early ) instead of 9am Saturday.

This truck was the worst truck I have ever received from U Haul. One brake light was out, the air conditioner did not work properly, the ABS light was on, and it drove like a two horse wagon. It had over 270,000 miles on it and it showed. This location is notorious for not having enough people inside to handle the customers and when I explained the truck problems, all they could say was I am sorry. This is ridiculous for Uhaul to send a truck out in this poor of shape.

Communication between our company's schedulers & the client is most important. If there are any changes to the reservation schedule, there must be immediate communication/notification of changes. I do want to compliment on Brian @ the 4344 SPID, Corpus Christi, TX facility for helping with our situation of scheduling of the truck I rented. Brian came through with truck @ the time I needed it.

I reserved at one location but it was moved to one further away from home. You had a very competent employee handle it and it all worked out ok. Need to better inform customers of location moves.

The only thing we live in Ingleside and could not get one in Ingleside or Aransas Pass. It would have been wonderful if we could have turn it in at Ingleside.With out having to pay more money.

Reduce the milage charge! This rental used to be very attractive because it was a reasonable cost for the work required. Currently, it is just another over priced option that requires choosing between unacceptable options!

Truck was not ready when we arrived. I called 24 hours prior to confirm the pickup, and when we arrived it was not ready. They had to go get another truck from another location because ours was in the shop being repaired without a known time of completion, so we had to delay our entire move and have movers on standby while we waited to get the truck. When we got it, the inside wasn't wiped down, the windows were dirty, and the driver side mirror rattled for the duration of my 7.5 hour drive from Corpus to Oak Point. I've used Uhaul for years and always had great experiences, this one was not good.

To whom it may concern. Since august 29, 2015 I have tried to bring up an issue of identity theft with this local uhaul office but to no avail. Please have someone in position of power to help me resolve this matter. In summary, I was biled for a rental ( contract number #95840003 ), however I have never been to any uhaul office. Furthermore, I have three more charges sent to my email today September 2,2015. I have called both local and the national hotline but again, no help. U haul I would never recommend you business to anyone. Go Ryder next time

The yard guy treated me like I was stupid when it came to hitching the trailer to my truck. I told him I knew what to do but he just ignored me. He couldn't even figure out how to hook lights to my truck. I had to show him.

For a Sunday, have more than one person doing sales and check in. It takes an average of 5 minutes for a customer that has an internet pre check in once they get to the front of the line. The associate working also has to retrieve his sale which takes even more time. You can have two people at this location at all times and then a couple of porters fetching vehicles and going over the vehicle for damage so that way your customer doesn't have to come in and interfere with the associate that is well into the next sale. Same thing happened last time. What is the point of having internet check in and set up if it isn't any faster than waiting in line for 30 minutes.

Truck was in poor condition. Ac turned cold to hot often. Steering wheel was loose an had a ton of play. Brakes need adjustment and were squishy. Truck sputtered to start. After fueling it died on me and had trouble starting up again.
